From the beginning to the end the process and location were fabulous. So convenient to walk to the town festivities instead of driving. This location is a perfect gem.

Very attractive cottage — larger than I expected. Nicely furnished and decorated with antiques. Very clean and had everything we needed. Never had any problem parking. Easy access to train station and historic area. We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

Steve was a great host, the Weekender is very convenient to town, and we enjoyed our stay. The bed wasn't what I'd hoped for, but I have a bad back and am very picky, so it may be fine for others.

This place is great! It actually exceeded my expectations! Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host Steve was very communicative and accommodating…he was in touch multiple times to make sure we had what we needed. We felt the pricing was reasonable as well. We will definitely make a return visit to Jim Thorpe and book with Steve again at The Weekender!

Cosy Little place with an older nature feel to it. I must have misunderstood the listing as I thought it was located in town however it is an 18 walk or 2 min car ride. Parking in town is reasonable though. We did not spend much time in the house beyond sleeping and showering.
