Spend your family vacation in our beautifully appointed ocean view one bedroom condo. This one bedroom vacation rentals offers beach front panoramic views of Kachemak Bay. Offering the privacy you need, the greatest care and attention to detail has went into this amazing space.

All our condominiums are decorated in warm neutral tones with accents of red and blue, crisp white sheets, and unique furnishings. Be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the seashore as the ocean breeze floats through your comfortable surroundings. Take in the view from your private decks and balconies as you grill up the days catch or sit around your propane fire pit. Come and share your vacation with us at the Ocean House.


This particular oceanview unit has a full kitchen, living area, full bath and master bedroom with king . French doors that open out to a beautiful big deck space with propane fire pit . Along with your booking you will have access to our outdoor firepit, outdoor hot tub and private beach access.

The property has a great view, right on the water. It's a little antiquated, but very well kept. Having a washer and dryer would have been way handy, but the laundry mat is within a mile. The door on the BBQ fell off when we opened it, but it did not change the function of the grill. It only had 1 bathroom, but it was just the two of us so it wasn't a big deal. With the other units rented out and all of the extra cars and people involved in that, it did give the property an apartment kind of feel. Overall, it was pretty nice though.

We loved it here!!! Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was outstanding. We chose to eat on the deck over going out most nights. Staff was so friendly. Would return again for sure. Front lawn perfect for our 1 year old and hot tub perfect for us!!

This was our second time staying here and that in itself says we like it. Awesome views and perfect location. Clean and the on site manager is very personable and accommodating. The only negative is that the kitchen needs to better stocked in regards to pots/pans, utencils etc.

We purchased the Ocean House Inn in 2010 and renovated pretty much everything and continue to come up with new renewal projects every year. It is so fun because it's in such a great spot and we get to live right on property so we enjoy it just as much as our guests. The hotel along with the condos also features an assortment of rooms and suites .

Why they chose this property

Because not only are we in the best spot in Homer right on the water with private beach access but the rooms are truly lovely, comfortable and CLEAN. Honestly, Homer's views are spectacular pretty much everywhere but there are only a small handful of places that are right on water and beach and still in town.
