Redemption Rock Lodge - Private Mountain Retreat

Experience the beauty, privacy, and adventure of 850 acres of North Idaho wilderness in this custom 5,400-square-foot lodge. Designed for family reunions, retreats, and group getaways, the lodge comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests and offers plenty of space to gather, relax, and explore.

The three-story lodge showcases impressive log craftsmanship throughout, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, massive log beams, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. With two spacious great rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, five bedrooms, a loft, a bunkroom, and 4.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Outside, guests can gather under the covered outdoor entertaining area featuring a grill, multiple tables, and plenty of seating. Whether you're sharing a meal, relaxing after a day of exploring, or watching the incredible sunset views, this space is designed for making lasting memories.

Step outside and discover 850 private acres to hike, explore, and watch for wildlife. Guests can hike to Redemption Rock and enjoy breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets from nearly 4,900 feet in elevation.

Looking for an outdoor adventure? Ask about our Geocaching experience. We have placed 25 geocache containers throughout the property, creating a fun and unique way to explore the trails and discover hidden corners of the land.

For an additional adventure, guests can also rent Redemption Rock Tower, a unique mountaintop overnight destination located on the property. The tower sleeps up to four guests and can be reached via a scenic 90-minute hike.

Although the property feels secluded, it is conveniently located just 12 minutes from Interstate 90 at the State Line exit, with easy access to shopping, dining, Walmart, and Cabela's.

• Wedding ceremonies and wedding events are not permitted due to Kootenai County regulations.
• Three night minimum stay.

We loved our stay at this log cabin! The views were absolutely beautiful-perfect for relaxing mornings and short walks. We observed white tail deer and wild turkey. We only made it half way up to redemption rock, but enjoyed the road. There were plenty of pots and pans which made cooking easy. The host was friendly, responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend for a group getaway.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Redemption Rock Lodge. The beautiful log cabin home was very clean and had more than enough space/rooms to comfortably accommodate our family (11 adults). During our stay, we made many special memories spending precious quality time with family! We cooked meals in the lovely kitchen, BBQ’d outside, played horseshoes/cards/board games, went hiking and enjoyed the beautiful sunset view from the deck every evening!!

Our stay here was just perfect. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable and linen smelled clean which is very important! The kitchen was fully equipped and the grill was great! This cabin is perfect for family vacations as is has plenty of bedrooms for the adults along with bunk beds and shared spaces which the preteens just thought were so fun to have a huge sleepover! The check in was the easiest I’ve had, and the check out as well. There was nothing I would change or add to our experience at the cabin. Bonus point- the story of this cabin was beautiful and allowed us to appreciate it even more.

This is a truly unique property and experience, there is not another lodge or cabin rental that is completely private and conveniently located that sleeps up to 20. The lodge was built in 2015 and everything is new and clean.

What makes this property unique

Did we mention private? 950 acres of play land. Hike for days and never leave the private property. See wildlife from the deck. Beautiful sunset view visible from the deck, great rooms and all guest bedrooms. Hike to Redemption Rock or Redemption Rock Tower. Picture above taken from top of property at 4800ft. That is Liberty Lake in the background. You can see 5 lakes and the Spokane river from this spot. Look for the 25 Geocache containers on your way up to the Rock!
