Beeindruckendes Haus und eine sehr individuelle schöne Wohnung mit ganz besonderem persönlichen Charme - und die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Grand Plage entfernt ist einfach fantastisch. Man muss sich schon ein wenig drauf einlassen - auf die Vasen, Gemälde, bunte Sofa-Zusammenstellung, dann kann man es auch genießen. Es ist auf jeden Fall alles da, was man braucht, und es funktioniert auch alles. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Küche im Türmchenzimmer.

Belle maison idéalement située. Cependant l’appartement n’est pas adapté pour la location. Aucune place pour poser ses affaires, les lieux sont surchargés d’objets et les rangements sont occupés par les affaires du propriétaire, également par sa nourriture. Sur les 6 couchages annoncés 3 sont en état, 1 médiocre et 2 insalubres. Pour les 2 salles de bain, une est ok, l’autre est un WC dans le grenier à la limite de l’accessibilité. Malgré de jolis volume, l’état général de l’appartement est déplorable et surtout très mal entretenu. Mais bon le propriétaire pense qu’il est tout propre…

Das alte Haus hat Geschichte und ist keine typische Unterkunft - die Matratzen durchgelegen, der ausgebaute Speicher ein Paradies für ältere Kinder, aber warm und staubig.Unsere Mädels haben dann lieber im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Zugleich super ausgestattete Küche, alles charmant und kitschig (wer's mag - wir schon), und die Lage in Biarritz traumhaft zentral aber ruhig, ein paar Minuten zum Grande Plage, Supermarkt und alle Cafés um die Ecke und ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof -allein schon 5 Sterne wert. Kommunikation leider im Vorfeld eher schlecht, Kontakt per Sms brach kurz vor Ankunft ab, keiner da als wir kamen und auch kein Name an der Tür, wir waren nach 1 h Warten schon auf dem Weg zur Polizei. Wäre besser gewesen, mit der Vermieterin persönlich zu kommunizieren (auf französisch), und/oder den Code für die Tür zu bekommen..
