Easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, City Market, REI, coffee, ski/board rentals, shops, bowling and the Silverthorne Outlets.

An easy drive or walk/bike on the rec path to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or Friday Farmers Market from June through September. The rec/bike path has over 55 miles of paved path. Also less than a 5 minute drive or a longer walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals and the Tiki Bar.
