Chalet With Media room , Elevator and SPECTACULAR 180 Degree Views!

This home has just been rebuilt due to the Gatlinburg fires in 2016. We are ready to start renting our newly built Chalet out for everyone to enjoy.

This Chalet is 5 bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms ( 4 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths). When you first enter our double wood doors you will be amazed at the space and VIEWS you will be able to experience. The kitchen is top notch with a gas professional grade oven. We have more than enough utensils and pots and and pans for you to use. We also have a gas grill that is located on the deck . All gas is provided! While you are grilling you will be looking at a beautiful Mountain range.

We have a elevator that is located inside the home. It is perfect for people in wheelchairs or people that use walkers. They can enjoy the entire home like everyone else. There is a bedroom on the 2nd floor that is perfect for someone that is in a wheelchair or needs extra space in the stand up shower. Of course the Master bedroom on the main floor is also perfect for someone needing extra space or a walk in shower.

Our game room is full of games for your enjoyment. The sofa in the game room DOES let out to a bed!

The bunk room that is located on the bottom floor has a trundle that pulls out as well. That is a perfect spot for small children.

The media room is just like sitting in a movie theater (if not better). We do have a stand up popcorn maker for you to use. (Must bring your own popcorn and butter to use) We do have a DVD player that you can use to play your own movies. It can play regular or blu-ray! You are able to play regular TV stations as well! Perfect for game days!

Every floor has there own deck to enjoy! Enough privacy that even if your with a large group you can get away and enjoy time to yourself.


Our Mountain Home is exactly where you want to be for your trip to the Smoky Mountains. This house is family friendly and plenty of room for everyone to either sit and talk on the deck over grilling for dinner or downstairs playing a game of pool together.

Wifi is available in the cabin for any electronics you may bring with you. The Jacuzzi is available on the deck for your enjoyment. The deck is a perfect spot for morning coffee or just to relax and view the mountains. You may even see a bear while staying at Bearadise!!!

The living area is a open concept so large families may enjoy time together without feeling couped in one room. You will NOT regret renting this house.

Family vacation

I booked this home as a Christmas 2024 gift for our grown kids and grandkids. We were there for the 4th of July and enjoyed several fireworks shows from the deck. Our trip was wonderful in every way. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-furnished and even the bears were cooperative with their visits! We hope to visit again!!

Nice but scary drive

Very nice house. Had an elevator issue first night but very nice tech got there to fix. Description of drive up Mtn could be better. Media room closed system won’t allow DVDs or movie rentals so just a big tv room.

Relaxing with awesome views.

Large, beautiful home accomadates everyone. Place to relax for adults and games for the kids. Spa nice for evening relaxing with a view to enjoy. Saw bears 3 out of 5 days there. First drive up the narrow, winding road is intimidating but get comfortable with it with time. Street signs can be confusing but GPS helped out with that. By far the best unobstructed views around. Parking for unit good with level ground and room for all vehicles.

Multi Family Fall Break

Loved staying up high on the mountain. Pack your Dramamine though. TONS of bear sightings which was amazing. We made sure to triple check locked doors on the house/vehicles and windows! We saw a bear open the neighbors car door lol! We had 4 different families and accommodation worked out really well. We cooked multiple meals and felt the house was really well stocked. No kettle which was ok but the Brits were missing it, also bring your own Tupperware, ziploc and cling wrap. Also bring coffee!!! Sipping Joe throughout the morning on the deck was our absolute best. Theater room was amazing as well. Highly recommend, we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Home & View!

What an amazing week we had in this home! It's equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, making it easy to prepare our meals for all 14 of our family members. The three levels provided plenty of space inside and out for everyone to enjoy. The location was great- we booked three different excursions in neighboring towns and the drive was not bad at all. The game room provided lots of entertainment when we returned in the evening. We spent many hours on the spacious decks just taking in the breathtaking view and safely observed a bear or two roaming in the distance! It was the perfect spot for a getaway with family to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Shay made everything easy and accommodating from checking in to answering any questions we had before and during our stay. I recommend you stay here for an amazing vacation you and your family will never forget! Thanks Shay!

Bear-a-dise in the mountains of Gatlinbear

We stayed 5 nights with a group of eight; four children and four adults at this “Bear-a-dise” chalet in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and it was marvelous. The home has all of the amenities you could ever want and then some — movie theatre on the bottom level (easy to use, great sound, popcorn maker, reclining theatre seats, huge screen, plays DVDs), five bedrooms (including 2 masters and a bunk room), a hot tub on the deck, a beautiful kitchen, high end furnishings & fixtures, a game room (with pool table, video arcade games, shuffle board, and a poker table w/ chips), washer & dryer, multiple high end televisions, and plenty of other things that are too expansive to list. The owner/host is friendly, informative, and responsive to your needs. We even got to see bear on the property on 4 separate occasions and were close to all the attractions and restaurants that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mt National Park had to offer. It really was an idyllic stay at a beautiful, well appointed home situated in a mountain paradise. Just make sure you lock all of your car’s and the home’s doors; as we had a clear bear paw print on our car handle one morning and heard from the neighbors that the bears had gotten inside their unlocked car for a late night snack. And, a bear visited one member of our party on the deck while he was in the hot tub one afternoon. Don’t worry though, they seemed used to people and generally disinterested if you kept your distance. It was a real treat to see them in fact. If you visit Gatlinburg … this is the house to rent and it’s worth every penny you’ll spend.

Amazing views and accommodations for a group

We loved 2 levels of the wrap around balconies ( we watched the Dollywood fireworks at night). We loved the theater with the popcorn machine!!!! The game room was a favorite spot for pool and shuffleboard tournaments. We even spotted 2 bears walking beside our cabin, under the lower deck, and out to the trees. Highly recommend this lovely home!!!!

Great place for extended family!

This chalet exceeded our expectations! Aside from it being gorgeous and so clean, it was also highly accommodating for elderly and young children. We had more than enough space and the amenities made it accessible for all members of our family. 10/10 would recommend. Oh, and we saw 4 awesome black bears right off the property!

Such a beautiful place, great space for our family of several generations to get together. Would highly recommend! Only minor thing to note is that the primary room has barn doors that don’t provide much privacy (cracks on the side and right off the living room. Also note there is no shampoo offered so don’t forget yours!

Amazing!

I celebrated my fiftieth birthday with family and friends July 22-29 and this house was perfect! Ten stayed in the house and two others nearby but spent a lot of time with us. We cooked every meal in the kitchen which has absolutely everything you need. Plenty of space if someone wanted some time of their own. A lot of bear sightings, including a mama and her two cubs. Spent every night on the top deck and had a perfect view of the mountains. Created lifelong memories and can’t wait to come back. We can’t imagine there is a better place around! Thank you to Shay for being available when we needed you! Don’t forget to fireworks from Dollywood starting around 9:30 p.m.!

We go here primarily to see the bears they are in abundance in this area. Didn’t get to see any this trip I’m sure it was too cold for them but the house was super clean, well maintained and great hosts.

Awesome vacation!

The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean & fully equipped. Decks had plenty of chairs and tables & the views were spectacular! Every night there was a fireworks/light show from Dollywood that we could clearly see. And the bear sightings around 6pm added to the entertainment! The elevator was a definite plus for several of the guests with mobility issues. Wish we could have stayed several more days to take advantage of all the house had to offer. A wonderful experience!

Incredible Family Reunion

What a great week. The house is insanely beautiful with views that are even better. Our family is spread out across the country (and some in Europe) so we gathered at Bearadise. The house has everything you’d need to keep the family entertained and also the kitchen is well-appointed. No complaints at all. The only 2 tips/suggestions I would offer is that the barn-door to the primary bedroom doesn’t totally close. It’s a great looking door but there are major gaps in it so you hear every single thing from the main living area potentially while you’re trying to sleep. In the media room I would also suggest a loose HDMI and programming to home entertainment system accordingly so people could plug in their laptops and stream things themselves rather than just the blue ray or cable. Thanks for such a great stay!

We loved this location for our family vacation

This cabin had the best location! Close to Pigeon Forge, close to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the smokies. The views were phenomenal and we saw bears everyday. We had family from age 70 to 7 in the house and it was perfect - clean, big, and entertaining. We loved the media room, game room, hot tub, the big kitchen, and all the deck space. Host was responsive to questions and we would 100% recommend this property.

We currently live in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We love our Mountain home and we know you will too! This house was completely lost during the Gatlinburg Fires and we have just rebuilt in 2019.

The Smoky Mountains have always been our favorite vacation spot and we hope it is for you also. We love to take our family and enjoy a week exploring Cades Cove or enjoying the shopping or great shows the Smokies has to offer. We hope this home creates memories just like it does for us. Bearadise has One of a kind Views out of every window. I promise you will find yourself gazing out the windows and catching the sunrise or the sun set on the mountainside. This home also has multiple lounging areas on the deck for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
