100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

    Location and property was amazing. Literally a two minute walk to the heart of main street restaurants etc. Couldn't have been a better location. Reedy Bike Rentals was a five minute walk as well if your heading to Greenville to ride the Swamp Rabbit trail.

    I booked this condo for my son who was getting married over the weekend. All of our venues were downtown Greenville. This place was around the corner from the church, across the street from reception, and 2 blocks away for rehearsal dinner. It was a super cool place, I bet he wish’s he could have spent more time here. My sister in law catered lunch for the 9 groomsman here and there was plenty of seating for all. I am so excited I found this place, would love to recommend to any out of town friends coming to visit.

    Upon entering the unit my jaw dropped. It was exactly as pretty and spacious as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but if we did there were storage dishes available for leftovers. There is so much space I was able to do a Pilates workout in the living room with ease. The bed is comfy and cozy. This space worked perfectly for me and my husband. It’s located right downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants and the arena, yet so quiet!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. We will return to Greenville and we will seek out to rent this unit again.

    Why they chose this property

    Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

    What makes this property unique

    One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
