Casale Nobile is located in the countryside outside of Lucca, between the town of Lucca and the Versilia coast. Excellent location for those who want to spend their holidays alternating between cultural visits to Lucca, Pisa and the other towns and cities in this part of Tuscany, and spending days on the beach. Whereas, if your maximum aspiration is to rest, you don't have to do anything but lie on the edge of the pool with glass of a good local red wine. The Serchio river runs through this area and in the past was the destination of the local landowners who had built their villas here, many of which are still inhabited, while some have been turned into beautiful holiday homes for tourists from around the world. The farmhouse is surrounded a large equipped garden where you will find the swimming pool (12x6, 1.20 - 1.50 m deep) (15/04-15/10 but not heated) with sun cots, sun umbrellas and a porch for outdoor dining. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a baby bed and Wi-Fi Internet connection. 3 hours/week of maid service are included in the price. On request and to be paid for on location: extra hours of maid service, a chef, babysitter and cooking classes. Parking in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: the gardener is present on the property for outdoor maintenance for 4 hours/day. Access by means of 200 m of dirt track road.
