The villa in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. A perfect villa for large families or friends and located in a quiet residential area and close to the beach of La Fustera.

The house has two independent floors and communicated by the outside, on the main floor, at the level of the swimming pool we find an independent and fully equipped kitchen, the kitchen has access to a covered terrace with a wooden dining table with views to the swimming pool and the garden. A living/dining room with air conditioning, decorative fireplace and access to a beautiful covered terrace with outdoor table for outdoor dining. A bedroom with double bed (150/200cm) and en suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with a double bed (160/200) and an en suite bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with a double bed (180/200) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

The lower floor has a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed (150/190), two single beds (90/200cm) and air conditioning.

The house has central heating.



Outside the villa:



The plot has space for several vehicles, two of them under roof. The villa Flores has several porches to relax in the shade, an 8/4 swimming pool with Roman stairs to access inside, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a barbecue.
