This was a superb property to stay in not only for contact with the owner and information before we went, but close proximity to the sea was great, the site was peaceful and friendly and quiet. The property itself was as described- clean, tidy and everything we needed. Would certainly recommend and would happily take another break here too.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for leaving a review. Rare to get good reviews these days! If people are happy they tend not to write one, if they are not then you get a bad review! Please visit us again!
The chalet was well equiped and the Rainbow Pk was well kept. The fenced veranda was very useful for our dog. I love the fact that there was no WiFi, hence we spent more time together as a family. We'll definitely come again!

Better than expected in this price range
Family of four. Dog walking on very good and very close beach. Town a little quiet. Camp site well maintained. Chalet better equipped than expected. A little 'cosy' but fine for a week's break. Decking area handy and allowed our cocker spaniel a view of the park without the prospect of escaping.
No reason not to use this again, and we would be happy to if looking for a similar holiday.

I am glad that everything was to your satisfaction! I look forward to welcoming you back next time you are looking for a similar holiday........Ian (Owner).
The property was clean, tidy and had everything you would need for holiday accommodation. The location is perfect with the beach a very short walk away. Would highly recommend.
Nice stay at Bacton.
Best bit was the short 2 or 3 minute walk to be on the sandy beach, which was mostly pleasingly empty. Ground of holiday park nice and well kept.
Be prepared for a long queue at the local chippy though!
Lovely chalet in a quiet location, close to the beach
A lovely stay in a nice quiet chalet park, right next to the beach. Great communication from the owner with all arrivals/stay details made clear. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed, and in a lovely peaceful location, within walking distance of a fish and chip shop, local store, cafe and pub. We had a great time.
Our visit to the North Norfolk coast was idyllic - great location, lovely weather and a lovely base to stay in. We had a wonderful restful time enjoying the local beaches and exploring the lovely area on bikes and walking with our two dogs. Thank you!
We had a lovely time and the weather was great for September. Very nice and helpful man living next door. The chalet was well set out and very comfortable. If I had to pick any sort of fault I would say the shower needed an update as it was a bit week.
Had lovely midweek break here. Holiday let spotless, Only 100 metre from excellent sandy beach. Owner and park manager very helpful. Only minus was lack of privily from holiday let in front of our rental. Apart from this very nice place

Short break
Booked this for a short break, was very pleased with the accommodation clean and tidy, everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for myself wife and our two girls in the bedrooms, [touch sensor bedside lights in the main bedroom] kitchen was well equipped and we didn't need for anything. We did like coming back at night and relaxing on the recliners! The location was great two minute walk to the beach which i must say was very clean. All in all very pleased with everything enjoyed our stay.

Clean & well equipped.
Lovely to have king size bed. Kitchen has everything you would need. A dryer for outside to hang wet towels on would be great but otherwise we had everything we needed.
The welcome pack was unexpected but very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Beach - just a short walk away. Our dog loved her paddle most mornings.
Bacton woods just a few miles away , great for dog walks.
Poachers Pocket , pub and restaurant can be accessed by the beach just a walk away - we had a lovely meal there overlooking the sea.

I am pleased you had such a good time. Please come back again soon.
There is a dryer. Usually kept in the front bedroom. If you couldn't find it then someone must have taken it as a holiday souvenir. I will replace with a new one. Sorry about that.

The property was fine, but there was no internet facility for anyone on the park due to a BT problem
The property was fine, but there was no internet facility for anyone on the park due to a BT problem. For many people this is just an inconvenience, but when you have an autistic son who relies on it to keep them calm; it was a nightmare and a reason to not visit again.

Not quite sure what to make of this review?? Unfortunately I have no control over BT whatsoever. Not sure why you would not visit again? Who is to say that if you go somewhere else BT won't have a problem? In one way or another BT is primarily responsible for most of the internet services in the UK. There are other providers, but most of them use BT's lines and services, which is why, with most internet providers they insist on you taking out a phone line. Unfortunately if BT is down then the internet is down, just a fact of life! Anyway, despite this I am very pleased that you have decided to book 2 more dates with myself in the near future. Thank you for this. Hopefully BT will have sorted out whatever problems there were last time before your next visit!
