Amazing property

This property is outstanding! Martine is lovely host, answered any questions we had and correspondence was always quick. We stayed at this house for 1 week and as a large family (5 adults and 5 children) it was extremely spacious and had everything we required, 10 mins to the nearest supermarket in Duras, where there is also a castle and lovely little shops. The views are spectacular, and the house is immaculate. We look forward to staying again 😊

Notre séjour a été absolument parfait. Le logement est extrêmement agréable pour un séjour familial, voire à plusieurs familles avec enfants. Il est très propre. La construction est de bonne qualité, donc insonorisée. La climatisation fonctionne bien. La literie est confortable. La cuisine et les espaces de repas sont bien équipés et très pratiques, de même que les espaces buanderie. Mais surtout l'emplacement est somptueux, avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante. La piscine est extraordinaire de même que les espaces de jeux de l'autre côté du jardin ont réjoui petits et grands pendant une semaine. Et le propriétaires sont très aimables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location (groupe d'amis de 7 adultes et 4 enfants). La maison est vraiment idéale pour les familles et les groupes d’amis : spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe.Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa compréhension. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que tout soit prévu pour passer un séjour serein, sans mauvaise surprise.Le lieux permets de faire ses courses et des balades a moins de 10 minutes (visite chateau de Duras, marché de producteur et canoé)Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir ! Une très belle expérience que nous garderons en souvenir

Très belle maison, confortable et bien aménagée, conforme à la description et aux photos.Au calme au milieu d'un grand et beau jardin, avec une belle vue sur la campagne.La climatisation de l'ensemble de la maison est très appréciable en été.La belle piscine couverte a fait la joie des grands et des petits, ainsi que les jeux à disposition.Bon accueil des hôtes, sympathiques et disponibles.Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la propriété. Une propriétaire très accueillante, agréable et réactive. Nous étions en période de forte chaleur, la piscine et la climatisation de la maison était la bienvenue. Je recommande cette location, les yeux fermés. Maison bien équipée et proche de Duras ,une petite ville charmante et animée en été.
