Newer 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage in Floridale Resort at Silver Lake. Just 1/2 block from private Silver Lake access with sandy beach, Floridale Association outdoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, clubhouse and all the Silver Lake attractions close by.
Cottage is fully furnished with a/c, grill and fire pit.
Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. 2 upstairs bedrooms, 1 with queen & full, 1 with bunks, twin-over-full.
NOTE: renter is responsible to bring bed linens and towels. Owner provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets and spreads.
Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum stay. Check in after 4:00 p.m., check out promptly by 10:00 a.m. Half down and signed contract holds your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay. We love how close to the lake we are, plenty of space for our family of 5, always clean and inviting upon arrival, and has everything we need for our stay. Having access to the pool and the clubhouse is a huge bonus!

Wonderful neighborhood and a beautiful home

My family are regulars at this location and this was the first year any of us rented this home, the stay was great! Perfect for days at the beach and nice quiet nights around the fire.

Home on the lake

Very comfortable stay across the street from the lake. The sleeping areas were spacious. Bathroom on both levels was a plus. Outdoor area was great! Hope to stay again.

A great place to stay at Silver Lake

My family and I had a great experience! The property was clean and well maintained. It was very spacious for our family of 5. We especially loved the outdoor area with the porch and patio, perfect for morning coffee or a campfire! It is in the perfect location within the Floradale Association with it being within walking distance to the beach, shuffle board, and pool.

Wonderful trip to Silver Lake

Our family really enjoyed this property. Association had a ton of amenities that were within perfect walking distance for our 3 kids. Property was wonderful and comfortable (minus no air conditioning upstairs which got a little warm but nothing fans couldn't help). Would definitely stay again!

Great House!

Loved the house! Only draw back is no air upstairs. Luckily, it was not hot when we went so it didn't really matter. Everything else was great. It was an awesome location for us.

Easy process- clean - enough room for 6 having the additional 1/2 bath is nice. Mattress in downstairs bedroom - very worn - needs to be replaced.

Nice, but be prepared

Nice rental, but there is no AC upstairs, where 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the half bath are located. The weather was mild during our visit, but the upstairs still got quite warm, so it would be uncomfortably hot during warm weather. Downstairs has an AC wall unit in the living room area only. Only one dishcloth and one dish towel available in the kitchen, so renters may want to bring extra. Also, bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, and hand soap—for six guests, we were given only 2 small rolls of TP, paper towel in kitchen was left with two sheets on the roll, and hand soap in both bathrooms were nearly empty. You’ll pay double or triple at the local store for these items.
