Newer 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage in Floridale Resort at Silver Lake. Just 1/2 block from private Silver Lake access with sandy beach, Floridale Association outdoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, clubhouse and all the Silver Lake attractions close by. This cottage is fully furnished with a/c, grill and fire pit. Main floor bedroom has full-size bed, two bedrooms up each have a twin-over-full bunk bed. Now taking reservations Saturday to Saturday. $1725.00/week includes rent and cleaning. A 6% Michigan use tax will be added. An additional fee for the $500 refundable damage deposit will be collected. Half down and signed contract which you can download from our home page holds reservation. Rent is Saturday to Saturday, with check in after 4:00 p.m. and check out promptly before 10:00 a.m. Renters supply their own linens and towels. Owners supply mattress pads, pillows and blankets.
