Just one block from the Snowflake Lift, Winterpoint Emerald Townhome is the perfect spot for a ski getaway! This tri-level, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to eight people — and it’s just a two-block to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Your group asked you to find the perfect place … this is it!

You’ll love the tasteful updates throughout this home. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, as well as a gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day in the snow. The flat-screen TV is great for cuddling up and watching a movie, too. The spacious full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, with seating for five at the table with two more at the bar.

You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village (just 1.5 blocks away) for some fun in the sun or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and two balconies. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse is in a great location with easy access to the mountain and the town. It was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more lighting in the living room. ;) We’ll be back!

Great location, and overall Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was great place for our family to stay. Easy access to multiple chairlifts, and a short walk from Main Street. Overall, would highly recommend. I was disappointed with 2 items in terms of cleanliness. First, upon arrival there were dirty dishes left in the master bedroom (coffee cup, water glass, plate). Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Luckily we spotted it before he got to it or tried to eat it. I would highly recommend this location to others, and hope to stay here again on a return trip to Breckinridge.
