About this property

Charming house with pool table and pinball machine to entertain your parties -5/6 people.

House located in a residential and very quiet area, halfway between the city center (Provencal market 15 mins walk) and the seaside resort of Sablettes (20 mins walk) very attractive thanks to its fine sandy beach, its park games, its green park on the beach and its summer activities (fireworks, sports activities on the beach, concerts ...) and its 'shuttle' boats. My house on three levels allows you to preserve the privacy and tranquility of everyone and to accommodate a large family or three couples with children. Beautiful swimming pool heated by heat pump in spring, with balneotherapy and beach with deckchairs, 'Argentinian' barbecue, raised and flowered garden of 1000m2 in terraces, shaded terrace and pergola covered in fine weather by bougainvillea and trellis. For an even better holiday, I provide my tenants with a billiards table, a pinball machine, pétanque balls and a ping-pong table. A 'little corner of paradise' where the cicadas sing and where life is good with family or friends. A small vegetable patch will delight you with tomatoes, herbs, etc., provided you water it in my absence! And for those who like honey-flavored figs, it is best to come the last fortnight of August!
I will be there to welcome you, maintain the pool and advise you best for a successful vacation!

Nice location and lovely house

The house is beautiful and well equipped. The pool is quite large and in combination with being deep it as good for our teenage kids. The owner is also very helpful. Recommended.

We have enjoyed an excellent holiday in this very comfortable house. Laurence was most welcoming on arrival and she has thought of everything to ensure her guests have all they could wish for. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed peaceful afternoons relaxing in the lovely pool. The house is spacious, offers a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone amused (table tennis/pool table/pinball). I would highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Laurence.

This is a beautiful house with a lovely garden and pool. Laurence is a very gracious host. We loved our time here and would definitely return.It's a 15 min walk to both the town centre, beach and boat terminal to Toulon. We travelled out of the main season and parking was plentiful and easy if you didn't want to walk. However this might not be so easy in peak summer. The garden is incredibly private with secure screened parking.We enjoyed our time by the pool and also having access to the table tennis, pool, pinball machine and petanque. The barbecue was also excellent. I can highly recommend this house.

Fabulous house and grounds in a great location

A close drive to beaches and restaurants, but this place is also a little enclave all by itself. Laurence was a wonderful host and gave us a full tour of everything when we arrived. The kitchen is modern, open, and very well equipped. And the view of the Toulon hills from the porch and kitchen windows is gorgeous. The air conditioning in both of the upstairs bedrooms also works extremely well. Loved the gardens with the fig and pomegranate trees. We barbecued most nights, spent some mornings sitting at the big table under the grape arbor, swam for hours in the pool, and had family tournaments down in the billiard room. The kids also loved the pinball machine. Couldn't imagine a better week.

Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, die Tischtennischplatte oder der Pétanque-Platz sorgten für Abwechslung bei schönem Wetter. Die Abende und Regentage haben wir das gemütliche Wohnzimmer genossen und uns mit Billard und Flipper die Zeit vertrieben.Die Küche ist sehr schön, geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Richtig toll fanden wir auch den Wasser- und Eiswürfelspender am großen Kühlschrank.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!Laurence ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und bei allen Fragen stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Merci beaucoup an dieser Stelle nochmal.

Très belle ďécoratio, très grande propreté, très beau jardin, très belle piscine, très belle localisation. Bref un très beau séjour. Laurence est particulièrement soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. A recommander méme s'il est difficile d'en partir.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette belle demeure en avril afin de passer le confinement proche de la famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les extérieurs (jardin, piscine), le calme et l'accueil de Laurence. La pièce de vie (cuisine, salle à manger et véranda) est très agréable et lumineuse et les chambres à l'étage sont spacieuses.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme, dans ce havre de paix. Un grand jardin arboré et une belle piscine privée participent au décor. La maison sur 3 niveaux est décorée avec goût, il ne manque rien. A noter une cuisine supra équipée, avec un équipement de pointe et une véranda bien appréciée (de plus, climatisée), en surplomb du quartier, avec vue sur les collines et le Mont Faron. Le petit plus : billard et flipper. La propriétaire Laurence est charmante et disponible. Description précise à l'arrivée du fonctionnement des appareils, mise à disposition de documentations sur la région, adresses de restaurants, jeux de société et lectures diverses. L'accès à la propriété est très pentu. A moins d'être très sportif, la voiture est requise. La situation géographique du bien permet de profiter de la région sans avoir à faire beaucoup de kilomètres en voiture ou en bateau-bus vers Toulon. Agréable plage des Sablettes, la plus proche du bien. En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et apaisant dans cette belle maison, bien équipée, et avons apprécié l'écoute de sa propriétaire.

La location correspond en tous points au descriptif La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque et tout est dans un état irréprochable Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine est superbe. C'est tout bon!!

Un îlot de calme dans un très jolie jardin. une maison très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Un petit bémol cependant pour la chambre située au r-d-c qui comporte un lit en 140 dans une pièce peu éclairée et trop exiguë. La piscine est très agréable. En conclusion : Expérience très positive à renouveler ou à explorer.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer sehr netten Besitzerin

Die ganze Familie bereut, dass wir nur 2 Wochen reserviert haben. Jede Beschreibung im Internet und Foto stimmt 100%, was normalerweise nicht immer so ist. Sobald man das Grundstück betritt, sieht man den Pool und den sehr gepflegten Garten. Auch das Haus ist wunderschön und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Ob für kochen/grillen, erholen/entspannen und spielen, alles ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten draussen Siesta machen, da nur die „cigales“ zu hören sind. Laurence ist freundlich, zu vorkommen und sehr diskret. Jeder Wunsch wird, wenn es ihre Macht steht, mit einem lächeln realisiert. Für uns waren die Einkaufsläden und der Strand bei 32⁰ ohne Auto zu weit entfernt. Wir werden Laurence und ihr Haus in sehr schöner Erinnerung behalten und wer weiss, vielleicht buchen wir wieder mal dort. Fam. Curtet aus der Schweiz

Propriété qui ne laisse pas indifférent. C’est un petit coin de paradis où l’on trouve la zénitude.

L’endroit est un havre de paix. La maison est accueillante et tout est mis à disposition pour qu’on se sente à l’aise. Le jardin est très harmonieux et diversifié. La magnifique piscine apporte un plus de zénitude. De plus Mme Vieillescazes est à l’écoute avec discrétion et bienveillance. La maison est proche des commerces et de la plage des Sablettes. Endroit également propice pour faire des randonnées pédestres et découvrir cette région entre mer et monts.
