Our first family holiday since Covid and we were really looking forward to this lovely property right by the beach. The only positive was the location. Check in was chaotic and made harder by the fact there is not phone reception in Polzeath and we did not get the key code till 30 minutes prior to the check in time. This meant leaving Polzeath to get phone reception.
The property has recently undergone buildling work and hadn't been cleaned properly since.
The matress in the main bedroom was riddled with mould and mildew.
I left messaged with the owner to keep this review off faebook but they have failed to respond.
Overall I'd give the property 3 out of 10, as the location was great. Totally put me off using Vrbo ever again.
