The house is located in a small town in the municipality of Fabriano, in the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi. Ideal for walks and / or excursions.
It is completely independent and has been totally restored. It rises on three floors: the ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, lounge with large fireplace. The first and second floors have elegant independent double bedrooms (3) all with private bathroom (3) and walk-in closet (3). The bedrooms are all large and bright.
The house is equipped with independent heating.
It is only 20 minutes from the Frasassi Caves and as many from the historic center of Fabriano.

In 4 coppie dal 31/12 al 03/01 abbiamo trascorso una piccola ma piacevole vacanza. La casa corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione, grande salone con immenso camino al piano terra, 4 camere ognuna con bagno al 1° e 2° piano. Tutto in ordine. Inoltre la cortesia del proprietario Simone, sempre disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza., basti pensare all'elasticità sia per il ceck-in che per il ceck-out. Grazie.torneremo sicuramente,

Might be OK in warm weather!

This property is a well-built home in the mountains. Unfortunately, the heat is provided by a stove that burns wood pellets. When we arrived, the owner explained that we would have to drive to a nearby town, load up on 35 pound bags of these pellets, bring them back to the house, load them in the stove, etc. And--oh yeah--clean out the ashes once a day. This also added $20--30 dollars day to the cost of the rental. When I complained the owner said that the listing did not claim that heat was included. Well, it didn't articulate electricity, or a roof, for that matter. This situation should have been disclosed in advance. Also, the house was freezing when we arrived, and it took fully 36 hours to warm up. The first night was uncomfortable and largely sleepless. We were actually considering moving out and looking for another rental. It would have made a huge difference if the owner had taken the trouble to warm it up before our arrival. Beyond this there were a couple of maintenance issues, as well as lack of supplies. There were no dish towels or dishrags, and the dishwasher did not work. On the plus side, the wifi was flawless. The owner is a very pleasant man who seems to want to be accomodating. I get the impression that he's new to the hospitality business, so things may get better here. It is a peaceful, quiet, and extraordinarily beautiful setting--just without some of the comforts of home.

Calda e accogliente!

Bella dimora in Vallemontagna, nella quiete totale dei boschi e delle campagne della zona, ma vicinissimo a Fabriano. La casa è grande, comoda e una volta scaldata un vero nido di calore. Il proprietario, Simone, è sempre ultradisponibile.
