Highly Recommended....

We were lucky enough to spend 10 nights at this lovely modern villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's the perfect base to explore the island as nothing seems to be much more than an hours drive away. The location is away from the regular tourist haunts and so is very peaceful and relaxing. The photos don't do justice to this lovely villa which is stylish and modern, extremely clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The family who own the property were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the facilities. Our children made daily use of the pool which was big enough for the four of us to have a good play around and the large terrace captures the sun all day. You do need a car to be able to make the most of the island and get to supermarkets and beaches, but it's well worth it as we were able to explore some beautiful places the island has to offer.

Very nice villa

We stayed for 10 days in this very comfortable villa. All communication with both Elena and Patrick was satisfactory and the house itself was near perfect. If we decide to return to Mallorca we will definitely pick this villa again!

Relax en Mallorca

Un sitio maravilloso para pasar unos o muchos días disfrutando de la isla. La casa está situada en una zona residencial y silenciosa y es perfecta para una familia o para un grupo de amigos. Una cocina completamente funcional, una sala enorme y tres habitaciones espaciosas con buenas camas. La piscina a pesar de no ser grande es más que suficiente para estar a gusto en la terraza antes de salir a dar una vuelta por la isla y tras el regreso mientras se hace la cena en la barbacoa. Volveremos!!

La maison agréable et fonctionnelle

La maison est moderne et spacieuse dans un quartier très tranquille. Nous qui avions peur des fêtes nocturnes chez des voisins n’avons jamais été embêtés par ces événements désagréables. La communication était très fluide avec Elena. Elle était très réactive.

A very nice place in a peaceful village by the sea

We had a ten days vacation, visiting Mallorca for a very first time. The location of the house was excelent for us, because it was easy to set out to every direction of Mallorca, to east, west and north. The roads from this nice little village, Vallgornera, were in a good condition and sceneries so beautiful! The villa itself was modern, cosy and the furnishing pleased us very much. There was one huge bedroom anf two smaller bedrooms with lots of room for clothes and other baggage. The two bathrooms were very clean and modern with showers and there were beautiful and practical closets for toiletries. I loved the kitchen! We made food every day! There were all utensils we needed, also kitchen towels. The stove and the owen were new and clean and the dishwasher washed dishes well. There were detergents, so you didn’t have to buy them. I also used the washing machine and it also was excelent. There is a tiny table for two in kitchen and a big table in living room. Outside there are two tables more. In the living room there is a cosy sofa, television and some books plus a lot of board games. The villa is spacious and bright. The courtyard is nicely sheltered with hedges around it. There are neighboors but there wasn’t any noise, the whole village was peaceful. It feeled very safe and nice to stay there. In the courtyard there is room for one car and more place on the street. We made our groceryshoppings in Llucmajor and Campos and there where very good groceries. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Llucmajor. It was very nice to do business with Elena. She was very friendly and kind and aleays answered our questions quickly. We met her when we arrived to the house. We warmly recommend this villa for you!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und angenehme Zeit mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es gibt keine nennenswerten Schwachstellen zu berichten. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Ruhe, Pool, Vermieter, Umgebung, Erreichbarkeit, Strand... Alles wirklich in Ordnung!

Schöne ruhige Villa mit Vollausstattung - ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen sehr schöne Tage in dieser Villa verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist in bestem Zustand und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Erholen. Um zu Stränden und zum Einkaufen zu kommen, sollte man ein Auto haben. Ein großes Dankeschön an die nette Gastgeberfamilie. Wir würden gerne mal wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca

Ein sehr sauberes und neues Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr helle und geräumige Zimmer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkten Zugang zum Strand gibt es nicht. Die nächste Badebucht findet man in Cala Pi, wo es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt(ca. 5 Autominuten). Der Traumstrand Es Trenc ist aber gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (ca. 30 min). Auch Palma und der Flughafen sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ansonsten hat man hier wirklich viel Ruhe und wir haben hier mit 5 Personen einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank an die Gastfamilie!

Amazing private villa perfect for relaxation

We've just been lucky enough to spend a fantastic 4 days at this gorgeous place. The villa itself is very spacious and everything looks and feels brand new. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the living space is gorgeous. Outside the pool is perfect and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. You then have two terraces so you can choose where to eat and bbq. If I was forced to find a negative to provide a balanced review the only thing I would of preferred is air-conditioning in the main bedroom although there are lots of large fans provided. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful village, far enough away from the main tourist places for relaxation but close enough to them for the odd day you wish to drive somewhere busier. The villa is also totally detached and not really overlooked by any neighbours, and feels very secure. On top of all this The family who own it are lovely and couldn't be more helpful if they tried, so thanks for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa, we hope to return very soon!

Pleasant villa in the quite area with all equipment you need.

We spend one week in this gorgeous villa, but it felt like we should extend. Thank to the host for all help, best services and pleasant time. The villa is well equipped, we enjoin laying and playing by the pool, eating our meal outside on the veranda or inside by the big massive and solid table. It has enough space for a big family of 6 adult and infant. Unfortunately it is little bit long distanded to a beach and grosery stores, so the car is necessary and I would suggest to try Es Trens as the finest and nearest beach compare to Cala Pi.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und sehr sauber. Es ist noch recht neu und befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf direkt an der Küste. Zum Einkaufen sind wir ins ca. 25min entfernte Campos gefahren. Dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte die alles haben. Nach Palma und zum Flughafen braucht man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und haben bei allen Fragen und Problemen schnell geholfen. Wir können diese Villa absolut weiter empfehlen!

Entspannte Urlaubstage in Vallgornera

Welch ein Glück, dass wir auf dieses Haus gestoßen sind. Es ist neu, lichtdurchflutet und top ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, selbst Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Auf das Duschen am Abend in den schicken Badezimmern hat man sich schon regelrecht gefreut. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend, so dass wir viel Zeit auch draußen auf den Terrassen und am Pool verbracht haben. Aber auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage sehr gut. Mit dem Mietauto ist man schnell in der malerischen Cala Pi oder auch am Strand Es Trenc. Palma ist in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem Rückweg von unseren Ausflügen sind wir dann meistens gleich noch in Campos einkaufen gegangen, wo es mehrere große Supermärkte gibt. Am schönsten aber waren unsere Wanderungen am Rand der Steilküste entlang mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer und die Klippen. Vielen Dank nochmal an unsere Vermieter - eine Familie, die mit viel Herzblut bei der Sache ist.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend gelegen. Den nächsten Minimarkt für die nötigsten Lebensmittel und Restaurants sowie die sehr schöne Bucht Cala Pi erreicht man in ca. 5 Min. Nächster größerer Supermarkt ist 20 km entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in Meernähe, aber man kommt durch die Steilküste und Bebauung nicht dorthin. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht, Geräte neuwertig und sehr gepflegt. Das einzige, was wir hier vermissten, waren Weingläser. Der kleine Pool war super zur Abfrischung, einmal in der Woche kommt jemand zum Reinigen, das fanden wir etwas wenig. Die Terrassen sind schön und sonnig, Schirme sind vorhanden. Die Außenanlagen könnten teilweise ansprechender gestaltet sein, aber daran war z.T. sicher auch die anhaltende Trockenheit schuld. Wegen der vielen hohen Stufen, die das Haus umgeben, ist es definitiv nicht für Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern geeignet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde nach einer Woche gewechselt, das WLan funktionierte super. Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich nett und unkompliziert, es hat wirklich alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !
