A bright and airy modern cottage built in a traditional style in the heart of Broadstairs. It's an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a private parking space in the courtyard behind the house. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom with luxury single beds suitable for adults, and a single bedroom. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. The lounge is spacious with two large sofas and an armchair. Adjoining the lounge is a separate kitchen/diner with dining table to seat 6. There is a patio to the back of the house. A travel cot and high chair are provided. TV/DVD and free WiFi are provided. This is a new holiday let listing so we have plenty of availability for the summer.

Brilliant holiday property

Another amazing week in this great property. We have been coming to Broadstairs for at least six years and always stayed in this excellently located house with the added bonus of a parking space. Well within walking distance of the town and all the restaurants etc. we love this house!

Great place to stay, cottage was spotless and very well equipped. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and good walks. Local bus and trains were very convenient, didn't use the car although good parking at the property.

Clean, comfortable & good location

The two storey property on Crow Hill is well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable.There is a designated parking place close to the property and it was only a short walk into the centre of Broadstairs. The location made a great base to explore the surrounding area and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent family accommodation in Broadstairs

We loved our stay in this well-situated, well-equipped, clean and comfortable house close to the beach and town centre. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Broadstairs is perfect for families with children, there are lots of good places to eat, and those lucky enough to have a resident babysitter will find plenty of plac s to eat out or have a drink in the evening.

Another fantastic stay

This is the fourth year myself and two friends have rented this property and we just love it here. The house is spotlessly clean, conveniently located and also has a reserved parking space. An excellent family rental with everything you could want. Highly recommended.

Super centre of town cottage.

Forge cottage is in a perfect location in the centre of Broadstairs close to the harbour and with private offstreet parking. It is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, pubs and groceries. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a January stay.

Christmas Break....

Wonderful Cottage in a perfect location! This property is very well maintained and a ideal place for a winter break. The rooms are spacious and decorated with lots of care. Perfect holiday house!

Ideal location for our 3 week Christmas holiday to see family in the UK. The house was perfect for our family, with two older teens. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. Peter went out of his way to help when we arrived as the town water was cut off. We would recommend staying here again.

Another great week

Another brilliant stay in this wonderful property. This has to be our fifth visit and we never tire of this house or Broadstairs. The house has everything you could possibly need and Peter (the owner) is exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We love this house and hope we can keep coming for years to come.

This cottage offered a perfect base for our stay: clean, welcoming, well located. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Broadstairs, and this cottage provided the perfect base. Having arrived by train we found that it was en easy walk to the cottage from the station, although had we come by car there is private parking allocated to the rear of the cottage. We were pleased to find that the cottage was very clean and well presented with all the facilities we needed. A very nice touch was that the owners had left a bottle of Prosecco and some beers in the fridge to welcome us. Whilst we didn't actually do any cooking (very lazy) the kitchen is very well equipped and modern, with all necessary cutlery and crockery etc. provided. Broadstairs itself was a revelation to us! We had never visited before but absolutely loved the place. It would make a perfect destination for families with children or couples seeking a place to get away from it all and relax. There is a surprising array of trendy restaurants and cafes as well as traditional choices. We loved the breakfasts at Beaches Cafe (amazing veggie breakfast) and would thoroughly recommend Whatt & Jones for breakfast as well as lunch and evening meals and Possilippo for wonderful pizza and more. Basically you are spoiled for choice. There is an equally diverse choice of places for a drink in the evenings (or at lunchtime!) such as the Tartar Frigate pub down by the harbour for a pint of local ale or a nice glass of wine on the terrace of the Royal Albion Hotel overlooking the sea. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and Broadstairs. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

We feel in holiday mode as soon as we arrive in Broadstairs. We love seeing our daughter run free on the beach - such a change from the busy roads of London where we live. We first came to Broadstairs on daytrips from London, meeting friends who live here. It gave us the widest smiles to just be here. So, after we had our son and had settled down a bit in London, we looked for a way to be able to come to Broadstairs as a family more often, and we were really thrilled to find this lovely cottage. We love it and we hope you will be as enchanted with it as we are.

Why they chose this property

Forge Cottages is newly built, so it's warm and cosy, and yet has lovely traditional features like the flint stone wall and archway at the front. It is a really easy walk out of the front door and down just one short road to the seafront, the beach and all the lovely cafes and shops of Broadstairs.

Forge Cottages is a perfect holiday house. It is practical and easy to live in and makes your holiday so easy and enjoyable because everything is so close. Leave the car in the courtyard - everything is accessible on foot.
