The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all furnished and decorated to your comfort and unforgettable vacation in Florida, the Sunshine State.

The decoration is inspired in different places all around the world to add to your vacation some fun and relaxing time.

Accommodations include one king sized master with a crib and changing table, two queen sized beds, one children bedroom with a bunk bed where may sleep up three, completely decorated with under the sea theme, what makes parents life much easier at bed time.
Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable television.

There is a blu-ray and more than 70 movies available in the living room as well the DVR to record all the shows you do not want to miss while you are having fun all day along.

To those who like a good reading, there are many books in English, Spanish and Portuguese in the house.

The kitchen has been equipped with all the conveniences for easy meal or fine dining preparation for those who choose to cook rather than visit the many restaurants located just minutes away.

The kitchen offers a blender, coffee maker, sandwich and waffles maker, mixer, toaster and much more what makes easier the preparation of special meals.

To families which are traveling with babies, we know how hard it is to carry everything they need! So, to make traveling easier, the house offers as courtesy to use while you are staying there: a crib, a changing table, a diaper disposal garbage, a high chair, a boost seat and a stroller that can be taken to the parks as well. In the kitchen you will find baby plates and spoons.

All the 3 bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers.

The garage is a game room with a billiard table, tennis table, foosball table and many other games as basket ball and soccer goal to the little ones. You may also do your laundry while you are playing with your family!
Inside the house you will find a closet full of table games for all ages.

There is no staircase in the house what makes vacation easier to people with some special needs. Only the regular size door steps in the entrances but there are ramps available in the garage for guests with mobility limitations.

To heat the pool / spa, it is necessary make arrangements and pay the extra fees.

Crystal Cove community is a gated area, with a beautiful lake where you can watch the sunset with you loved ones. It also offers guests a large clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, a fitness center, communal kitchen and games room.
