The feel of house was so so relaxing and refreshing,
It was feel like absolute home ., I was always bit concern about cleanliness and hygiene and that was really taken care.
The most relaxing as because surrounded with nature and nature feeling .
Thank you so much
The host were all the time around kind of feeling because if we text they immediately there either or they are around. Absolutely amazing Neil and Kate .
Really enjoyed our stay. Cottage is remote, so if that's not your thing its not for you. Lovely location. Well equipped. Enjoyed feeding the hens! Games room available but not needed as we there were lots of things to do in the area. Recommended.
A very well appointed property in deep country, about 12 miles West of Cardigan, with good access to the whole of Pembrokeshire and beyond. The approach is along a part mettled, single track country lane, just take it slow; the cottage and environment at the end is very well worth it! the owner and his wife are very friendly and live near by.
A pretty rural location that has lots of beautiful, natural beaches in the local area. Facilities are great for families, especially those bringing their dog. Lots of things to do and see nearby.
Our cottage was perfect, it was clean with everything required for our weeks stay. . Our food order arrived before us, owners more than happy to receive this on our behalf. Although owners live on site they are very respectful of your privacy. I loved being able to walk out from the property and potter around the garden and feed the rescue hens. Nothing I would change at all. Thank you Chris and Clare for making us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay again 👍

We really enjoyed our stay in Woodpecker cottage. A warm welcome from Chris on our arrival. Well furnished, clean and comfortable. Peaceful and scenic setting in the Welsh countryside. Just a shame we only had two nights to enjoy it . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay there.

Beautiful secluded location
The property is set off of the main road with a beautiful hedge on both sides of the drive. We loved being greeted by a small group of cows in the adjacent field. The property is very comfortable and quaint. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely recommend choosing this for your next stay.

Quality holiday let, value for money, a Welsh treat
Hi!
Great time was had by all, good, helpful, generous people running the place, very relaxing stay.
Cottage we stayed in is excellent , all mod cons , exceeded our expectations.
The leisure facilities are a welcome bonus, outdoor fire pit, games room , bike shed and beautiful
Garden to admire.
Loads to see and do around the area, beaches, castles, wooded walks by streams with waterfalls.
Will be going down again for sure.
Very kind regards
Mike

Outstanding Stay
In all honesty, this is the first review I've ever written. Usually, I'm far too lazy! Claire and Chris were the perfect hosts, which was equally matched with an outstanding cottage.
You can clearly see they put 110% in making their guests stay one to remember.
A beautiful cottage, in a beautiful setting with amazing hosts.

Everything you could want from a holiday cottage
As soon as we set eyes on the cottage, it was just what we were looking for.
Inside the cottage is well maintained and with very comfortable sofas, which I fell asleep on quite a few times. A nice big TV too.
The kitchen is well equipped and we did cook quite a bit as this was also very clean, with all the appliances that you would have at home.
Upstairs are 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, all decorated to a good standard and the beds were also comfortable too.
Lastly, our hosts Clare & Chris were great and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you for making our holiday very enjoyable.

absolutely fabulous!
We have had the most fantastic stay at Valley View Cottage in Wales. The cottage is beautifully set in a quiet location about 20min from the nearest beach and Cardigan. The Cottage is one of four with the owners living close by. Chris and Clare, a very lovely couple, very helpful if you need anything. Also they share their big garden with all guests, so the play barn (great for kids), a camp fire area and most of all theit cute cats and hens (love them the most). The cottage itself is modern, well equiped, spacious, offers internet ...Chris and Clare, thank you very much for making our holiday so special....oh and the weather was amazingly sunny.

Great little cottage for two/three in a remote part of West Wales
Lovely cottage, well furnished in a quiet unspoilt area. Cardigan 10 minutes away, Tenby or StDavids about 1 hour. The weather was rather poor but we had plenty to do and see. I would think it would be challenging with young children so visitors would need to come prepared!

Very friendly people and lovely spot!
This cottage is in a beautiful location and if you are a dog owner, the owners of the property - Claire & Chris have given great consideration to the enclosed individual gardens at the 4 properties on this location. There is additionally a communal garden which is enclosed and suitable for extra exercise of your dog. All immaculately cared for & clean. We did not have a dog with us but it was well thought out. The cottage was very clean & comfortable. I found the lounge a little dark but additional lighting was available.
About the host
Hosted by Kate & Neil Harnott
We decided the rat race, in a busy city was no longer for us, so escaped to beautiful Pembrokeshire and bought Valley View regrets, not one!
Why they chose this property
The location captured us and we could see the further potential regarding our lovely little farm cottage and the holiday cottages, which were running successfully but had so much more to offer. Chris's family had a family holiday cottage a few miles away, where he spent most of the school holidays when he was a child, plus his dad is Welsh, so guess it was kind of in the blood.
What makes this property unique
Everything this area has to offer, peace yet close enough to everything else you need, whether its a shop or a walk on the beach - its all there within 30 minutes. The view, the birds, the locals, they certainly have made it perfect.
