Looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay in Madeira ? This is the ideal place for you. Here you will find one private suite composed of:
- Bedroom for 2 with a double bed.
- Bathroom.
- Lounge with TV and Internet where you can also have the meals.
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and sink (cold and hot water).
- Large private terrace with an wonderful view to the ocean and the mountains. There you can relax, sunbath, and have your meals day and night.

In July, following the sugestions made by various guests, we added to this apartement a retractable cannopy, and an outside cupboard on the terrace, with an eletric stove and and eletric grill, with all the utensils needed to cook and to make a barbecue, thus offering the guests the oportunity to enjoy a better stay in this apartment.

English spoken by the owners who live on the same floor and will be delighted to give you all the needed information.
Shopping Centre Forum Madeira is just around the corner, with shops, restaurants and supermarket with very competitive prices to buy anything and to have your meals.
You can do some nice walking in the promenade over the ocean, just a couple of minutes away, in both directions: Funchal center and Camara de Lobos.

Madeira International Airport is 23 Kms. away and since the bus stop is only 5o mts. away, having a car is not a must.

HOUSE RULES
Check in for new guests from 11 a.m. – Access to the room only guaranteed after l4 hrs.
Documents needed: Passport With the access to the room you get the keys to the house, to the lift (8th. Floor), and to your room.
Check out not later than 11 a.m.
We don’t mind you smoking, but only outside on the terrace. Inside absolutely not.

As we don’t ask for any kind of deposit, we kindly appreciate that you leave with us, in cash, the amount necessary to replace any damage or broken piece during your stay.

The Cleanning fee of € 40 entitles the guest to receive the apartment in perfect hygienic conditions.

Ideal accomodation for two. The apartment has everthing you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with beautiful view, two minutes to the shopping center, the bus station and the promenade by the sea. Hosts to be desired

Belle appartement,très fonctionnel proche de Funchal, toutes les commodités en bas de l'immeuble (resto, supermarché ect,) une belle terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer,le point faible la literie très molle a mon goût Claudia a été très sympathique ainsi que son papa qui parle 7 langues donc pas de problème de communication, merci à vous pour cette agréable séjour,je recommande sans hésitation.

Tout simplement parfait !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Madère. Le propriétaire est très agréable et parle très bien français. L'appartement est situé au même étage que là où il vit, mais cela n'a en rien perturbé notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié son accueil et ses petites attentions (doses de lessive fournies, fruits et autres). L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais il contient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. En plus, le centre commercial situé au coin de la rue est ouvert tous les jours jusque tard et l'arrêt de bus à 50 m donne une bonne situation à l'appartement. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et nous avons pu en profiter à chaque repas ! Petit pincement au cœur en partant … nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons volontiers !

10 wonderful days!!

Small studio but well equiped with a fantastic outdoor terrasse and the view..... 1000000$ It is equiped with everything one needs to make breakfast or lunch. The location is perfect, bus stop a few steps away or a nice walk down to old town. You can go walk on the sea side promenades, all the way to Camara de lobos. The owners were extremely helpful and very welcoming. It was our first time in Madeira and we were picked up at the airport and the owner gave us all the info for a successful stay. We would rent this place again, in fact we cannot wait to go back.

Ideal Location

Just returned from a very relaxing stay here, this 8th floor apartment had everything required. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, and bus stops just outside to take you all around the island. The apartment was clean and has a good shower which is always a plus. I chose it for the sun terrace which was much easier than fighting for a sunbed by a hotel pool.
