Villa with 7 rooms, swimming pool, tennis court and garden

Surrounded by a lush, enormous garden and located 5 minutes away from some of Portugal’s finest beaches, stands a pausa. A luxurious summerhouse from the 70s with modernist architecture, long marble halls, repeating archways, a tennis court surrounded by greenery, and a beautiful, tropical pool area.
We wish you a warm welcome and are happy to be able to share the splendor and history of our house with you.
All bed and bathroom clothing inlcuded, as well as professional daily cleaning.

The house has 7 bedrooms, lounge, 2 spacious dining rooms, a library with fireplace, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The main living areas features a blend of minimalistic design and special pieces creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge areas are fitted with spacious sofas, game table, television everything you need to kick back and embrace your lazy side.

The lush garden offers various spaces to enjoy a meal in, cool off, bask in the sun, and smell the flowers. When you need a break from relaxing there are many possibilities for activities and fun in the garden, house and sourounding areas. We also have a large parking area, barbequeue gear, and great privacy.

A Pausa is situated in Alvor, a charming little fishing village with small streets and a great selection of restaurants and bars. Within a couple of minutes you can reach several different beaches which all offer unique experiences. Alvor beach and the Ria de Alvor is a flat sandy beach with dunes, a popular spot for wind and kite surfers. The Praia dos Três Irmãos has a lot of remarkable rock formations, little caves to explore, and is a great area for postcard perfect photos.
Algarve offers something for everyone and we are happy to give recommendations.

All bed linen and bathroom/pool textiles are included as well as daily room service.

A Pausa is cared for by a little team - gardner, cleaner and caretakers. We work to make everyday feel special and keep the place in the best posssible condition. If you have any special requirements, wishes, or questions, the team is ready to help out.

Spacious, Clean, Ideal Location and Perfect for Groups

At first imposing due to its shear size the villa A Pausa is perfect for large families and groups of people looking for privacy and fun all under one roof. The villa is slightly dated inside yet immaculate but who stays inside when you gave a large pool with Diving board, tennis courts, table tennis and grounds to explore... A Pausa has mane rooms stair cases and id say between 10 of us we only ever used the front rooms of the property, 2 living rooms and dinning areas were untouched, I will be recommending to my friends and family and i will be returning, thank you for a great holiday, daily cleaners make all the difference....
