Luxury cottage with garden and parking in the heart of the village. Sleeps 8.

Garden Cottage is a luxury self-catering holiday home set in private gardens just off the main street in Crail. It has three large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate eight.

Spacious, modern and luxurious, it makes a perfect setting for a relaxing retreat with family and friends. The beach, shops and pubs are a stroll away and there's private off street parking for two cars.

On the ground floor you’ll find a large, open plan space to the rear of the cottage which accommodates the kitchen, dining area and two living areas.

High spec and fully equipped, the kitchen comes complete with a SMEG range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you're ever likely to need. All you need to do is bring the chef!

To the side, a large dining table comfortably seats eight.

Beside this is a cosy TV area, ideal for a family chill out after a busy day exploring, with a large, comfy corner sofa by the fire and a TV and DVD player.

One of the favourite spots in the cottage for relaxing is the two large sofas at the back of the living area. French doors on three sides open onto the private, beautifully landscaped garden flooding this area with natural daylight and is ideal for spending a bit of "me time" relaxing, reading the paper and enjoying a well earned refreshment.

The spacious ground floor family bedroom has a king size double bed together with adult size bunk beds, triple wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and a TV.

Completing the ground floor is a luxury family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and "mains" shower over the bath.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a king size double bed, double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, TV and a spacious en-suite shower room. There's also a couple of comfortable chairs.

The large twin bedded room with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, TV and views over the garden is delightful.

The fully enclosed rear walled garden means you can put your feet up whilst the children (or adults!) play safely to their heart's content. There's a large lawned area that is ideal for sunbathing or playing with a football. The patio has a selection of garden furniture and outside lighting so you can stay out long after dark.

Wonderful home from home

The property and location are both superb, it is a real home from home, relaxing from the minute you step inside. The cottage is well equipped with two bathrooms, great hot water and heating supply and good quality bed linen. The garden was very secure for our dog, a nice size and would be beautiful in summer months, and not bad in spring. Will certainly be looking to book again

The cottage was perfect for the various ages in our group. More than enough space for 8 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. The cottage was beautiful inside and out and in the best location with it being a 5 min walk down to the beach and a park. Alan was a great host too who responded to questions about a clothes horse! From the initial contact through to the cleaning team this has been an easy and enjoyable process. The host left a welcoming parcel of food that was a nice touch. This is the third time that we have stayed at Garden Cottage. It was as good as the first two times; in fact probably better - there was a new chimenea and a Sonos speaker since the last time that we stayed. We also discovered how well stocked the garden shed was. It’s a great cottage for a family holiday in Fife.

This property was exactly as described on the web page. The standard of the house was superb with ample parking spaces outside and close by. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the few days in Crail, walking and generally spending quality time together. The large kitchen, living room / diner was an ideal social space for the family to gather. Lovely house

Lovely property with lots of space Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, great open plan living and kitchen area. Dog particularly enjoyed the sunny enclosed garden. Quiet position in Crail next to small park and 5-10 minutes walk from the sea, parking at the front door. Would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place to stay, it has it all and is really 5star.. You won’t be disappointed and the photographs (as nice as they are), do not capture just how nice the place is. Alan was wonderfully helpful as well. We cannot recommend enough and just hope we can return some day to this lovely pace.

Comfortable cottage in a lovely village

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The owner was very responsive to all questions. Plenty of room for each of the 4 of us to have a quiet space if so desired and lots of seating areas for chatting, eating etc. i definitely recommend this cottage as a lovely place to stay with friends or family.

Fabulous property, with everything we needed in a super location.

The weather was great, so our son loved the garden, and then we were able to get out and visit many of the beaches along the coast and lots of play parks.

My brother and I live in Glasgow. We've both have growing families who we have brought to Crail on holiday for more than 20 years. We love Crail - whether its wandering along the coastal path with our dogs, golfing at Crail Golfing Society or enjoying coffee and cakes in the Harbour Gallery the village is a very special place.

Why they chose this property

When Garden Cottage came on the market we jumped at the opportunity. As long standing visitors to the area we knew it had one of the best locations right in the heart of the village but set far enough off Marketgate to ensure privacy. And the walled garden at the rear makes for a fabulous sun trap!

We think Garden Cottage is a beautiful, unique holiday home and it seems our guests agree!
