We are located at the 4 mile marker on the Gravois Arm and just minutes away from popular restaurants/bars on the Lake! There is a marina with a public boat launch within 4 miles by boat and car.

Places close by boat: Coconuts (with public beach, bar and restaurant); Lake Burger; Jolly Rogers Grub n Grog. At the 7 MM of the main channel are: H. Toad; Shady Gators; Lazy Gators; Tap and Grill.
The town of Laurie is just a couple miles by car from the house and has everything you need for groceries, bait, cinema, restaurants, bowling alley, medical care and golf.
The outlet mall, Bagnell Dam Strip, go-karts, water parks, miniature golf, and other activities are located on the east side of the lake about 30 miles by car. Bridal Cave, Frankie and Louie's and Captain Ron's are about 20 minutes from the house.

All kitchen amenities are provided. A limited supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels is provided. Please bring extra supplies for a large group. We do not provide fishing rods, floaties and sunscreen, life jackets.

MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: Combined family room and fully equipped kitchen creates a very functional open space. Also has a full size table that seats 6 and additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy the 12 foot vaulted ceilings in the family room and see a fabulous 4 mile view of the water through floor to ceiling windows.

The large master suite (bedroom 1, located on main floor) features a queen sized bed, private bath, walk in closet, sliding glass doors with access to the deck. Also, half bath and washer and dryer located on main level.

WALK OUT LEVEL: Sliding glass door opens up the large family room with a great view of the lake. A great entertainment area with comfortable chairs, large sofa, refrigerator, wet bar, large flat screen TV with ROKU so you can log in to your personal streaming accounts. Open the glass door, and you are 50 feet from the water. BEDROOM #2 has a queen size bed, large walk in closet, and adjoining full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM#3 has full size bunk bed with twin above, twin bunk beds, single twin bed, large walk in closet and shared bathroom.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREA: An additional full size bed is in the utility area
along with a night stand and sofa table. No closet. See pics for more detail! All beds and baths are complete with linens and towels.

OUTDOOR FEATURES: Private Dock: Take an easy 50 foot walk to the dock without stairs. Park your boat in a 11 ft x 32 ft covered boat slip. Relax on the large activity deck perfect for fishing, sunning, swimming, and complete with running water and swim ladder. **Floating Water Mat & other misc. toys for use at tenants discretion**

CALM WATER: You won't fight the rough water created by big boats, or need a big boat to safely have fun doing all your water activities. Safely play in the water from the dock without danger. Located in the Mill Creek Cove.

FLAT YARD: Enjoy the well maintained grassy lawn and level yard. A great place for family fun and activities, with easy and gentle access to the water. Also enjoy the fire pit that is located at the edge of the water. Beautiful place to roast hot-dogs, or just watch the fireworks on all the holidays, compliments of the neighbors. Great neighborhood!

EASY SHORELINE ACCESS: Enter the water from a very gentle shoreline without a drop off. The water depth is gradual with zero entry yet deep enough for your boat & watercraft needs.
