Villa located at Canon 5 km from Cap-Ferret. It is 100 m from the beach and shops. In this pretty village you will find several oyster tastings. An excellent baker whose white dunes have made his reputation. Two grocery stores, several restaurants. A paper shop. A hairdresser. Decoration shops and galleries etc.
Close to the ocean you can get there on foot or by bike numerous cycle paths. The house is located in a quiet location. House that can accommodate 12 or more people on two independent levels 4 large bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 double loft bed. 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen + 1 outdoor kitchen, 2 very large terraces, from where you can enjoy the view of the basin.

Great place to stay in Cap-Ferret

If you are coming to the Cap-Ferret, you will know what to expect, and this place will meet all your needs/requirements. The place is located really close to a small neighborhood with everything you need: Small supermarket, oyster tasting, ice cream shop. The house is on the bassin side (as everything else). The view and the deck are really good and as pictured. A quaint place for a large group with many rooms. Everyone loved it on our trip.Strongly recommend.

Un séjour en famille de 1 an à 74 ans. Tout le confort nécessaire, une vue apaisante, une villa avec des volumes appréciables et toutes les commodités, parfaitement placée au calme et à 2 pas du centre.

Parfait !

La maison, la terrasse avec la vue sur le bassin, la plage et les cabanes à huîtres à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, tous les commerces à 3 min à pieds. Nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisé la voiture du séjour sauf pour aller à l’océan qui est à moins de 10 min en voiture. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons c’est certain. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Peut être une petite amélioration pour les séjours avec des enfants en bas âge : prévoir des barrières au niveau des escaliers extérieurs, mais nous avons pu construire des barrages avec des chaises et des transats.

Visite du cap Ferret dégustation d'huîtres balade a l'herbe le plus beau village. Et la pointe du cap. Temps tout à fait acceptable qui a permis le bbq. On reviendra au printemps.

Séjour absolument enchanteur dans cette superbe demeure de style basque , cosy où tout y était parfait : situation de la maison , propreté ,superbe agencement des pièces à vivre ; le Salon / Salle à Manger / Cuisine très illuminés et donnant sur la Très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur les pins nous ont comblés … Tout était vraiment parfait sans le moindre bémol : l attention de la propriétaire extra aussi. Nous avons qu une hâte: revenir au plus vite !!! Merci !

Evelyne est une hôte fantastique, toujours disponible et très arrangeante. Notre séjour dans sa magnifique villa a été tout simplement merveilleux. Les lieux étaient impeccables, bien entretenus et équipés avec soin. Les espaces extérieurs étaient également très agréables. De plus, la plage et les commerces étaient facilement accessibles à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Un grand merci pour votre confiance ! Je recommande vivement cette expérience !

Une localisation exceptionnelle

Magnifique maison, idéalement située sur la merveilleuse presqu’île du Cap Ferret. Avec un accueil et une propriétaire très aimables. Seul bémol: les autorités politiques communales pourraient être plus audacieuses et contemporaines en matière de limitation du trafic automobile et du stationnement. Les trottoirs du Canon sont en permanence encombrés de voitures…Dommage pour les piétons et les petits commerçants.

Maison très agréable, avec une superbe vue

Nous avons passé pour nos 40 ans un magnifique séjour entre amis dans cette belle maison de famille. La villa correspond en tout point à l'annonce, et la vue est encore plus bluffante que sur la photo. Les commerces sont à deux pas, et il y a plusieurs lieux sympathiques pour diner et sortir dans les environs. Nous envisageons d'y revenir, avec les enfants cette fois ! Seul bémol : les lits qu'il faut faire à l'arrivée, ce qui prend un peu de temps quand on est nombreux.
