The lake was absolutely the best for swimming!!Nice back yard The house door looks ( exterior and interior) could use replacing Most of the bed mattresses need to be replaced but that being said, it was priced according so wasn’t too bad!
The house was more than we could have asked for! The kids loved seeing the deer and swimming from the dock. The house had everything we needed and more! We rented a boat at Prizer point for a day and was a good experience also! Would definitely book again!
Large home with plenty of room for our group of nine! We really appreciated the second refrigerator in the kitchen. The property is spacious and nice decks to enjoy the view. However, overall maintenance and cleanliness of the home slightly lacking, mainly in the basement.
We enjoyed our stay and Phyllis was incredibly helpful and accommodating. i would definitely recommend this cabin for a lake side getaway.

Adam.
Glad you guys enjoyed your stay at the house.
Happy that the weather was good for your fishing trip you never know about the weather .
Maybe I will talk to you again for a return fishing trip.
If you make it back I should have a lot of my things done outside too.
Thanks
Phyllis
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is very roomy with plenty of outdoor areas for entertainment. The kids we so excited about seeing so much wildlife in the back area. I would recommend this property to any one wanting a fun, yet relaxing vacation!
The property is wonderful and we had a great time. The water was nice and warm and not mucky or seaweedy so that was much appreciated. The dock was very nice! We rented a boat at the Marina just down the road which was so handy and close by. We took the boat to the near by beach. The Kayak they advertise had a leak so we ended up not using it. You may want to bring your own water stuff. We ended up bringing two paddle boards , blow up tubes and a canoe which was perfect for our large group. Some of the mattresses were not the best and some had problems sleeping and couldn't wait to get home to their own bed. The ceiling fans we didn't even turn on because there was so much dust on them. We didn't want the dust flying and landing on top of us.But other than those things, the house has a great layout and worked perfectly for our family reunion.

Thank you Carla for choosing Driftwood for your family reunion. We hope you created some precious memories! We were made aware of the kayak by you and your family, unfortunately this likely happened the stay before yours as we were not made aware of this. We are working to get another kayak for future guest. The ceiling fans are dusted regularly by the cleaners but due to high HVAC usage this time of year it could have piled up quickly. We will ensure to address this for future guest. Come back and stay with us!
The house and property were really beautiful. The rooms were nice sized and furnished nicely. The only problem was we were all older and the accessibility was more designed for younger folks.
Very pretty property. We have stayed here several times for our Christmas get togethers. We always have enjoyed the stay. We play games, exchange gifts and eat a lot of good food.
we had an awesome stay. plenty of room for our family of 18. the kids loved the back yard and fishing from the dock. saw deer everyday. the house has everything you need. a couple of things to know- the house itself is fine for people with mobility issues but it is a long walk to the water and also know that the laundry room is in the master bedroom. would definitely stay here again!!
House was spacious and the nautical decorations were fun and attractive. We could spread out and there were three generations of us. Loved being right on the water. Phyllis was a delight to work with.

Glad you enjoyed your stay
Hope to have you back again

We had a great stay and the house could accommodate our large family of almost 20! Beautiful scenery and so private. The only criticism I have is that the property can sleep 20, but there were certain things that couldn’t accommodated 20 people (like enough silverware). Also, checkout requirements were a bit stressful for a large party (like all the towels must be washed). Overall a wonderful stay!

Lake Vacation
Minus a few missing door handles and a broken bed, which we were able to fix enough to sleep on, this place was perfect. Lots of updates and easily accommodated our three families with 6 kids under 5. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Glad you guys had a good stay and enjoyed it. I try to make sure my guest have everything thing they need
Sorry about the bed . I am working on getting that fixed.
. The bed is only 7 months old. If you would have call I would have been more than happy to fix for you.
Looking forward to having you back again.
Thanks

The property was at a great location. There was enough room for all. The property needs some minor maintenance upgrades but overall we enjoyed the property. Thanks for everything.
We visited Driftwood Retreat for a family reunion and was not disappointed. There was plenty of space for all of us. Having 2 refrigerators and all the kitchen necessities was great. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of additional pillows and blankets. We were greeted each evening by deer and even had a raccoon pay us a visit. We rented a Pontoon boat and the Marina was only a 20 minute drive. Would definately recommend.
