The sofa bed in the living room is extremely easy and comfortable, you will feel like in a normal bed and will sleep like a baby.

Whether is hot or cold you can control the temperature of the apartment with a central air conditioner with heater and the water has an instantaneous electronic heater to enjoy a warm bath anytime. You will have 5 minutes drive from the beach and amenities. The area of Elviria has different options to eat different types of food and prices. A Commercial Centre with supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, bars and other shops, car hire are also available. Permanent Taxi stands in the Elviria Commercial Centre and Buses are also available from the same location. This Commercial Centre is 4 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk downhill from the apartment.

Elviria is just 10kms from Marbella Centro and La Cañada and 15kms from Puerto Banus, Santa María Golf Course is just 5 minutes drive from the apartment and many more golf courses are around all the Costa del Sol.

Arrival or check in time is 4 pm (16:00) and departure or check ot time is 11 am (11:00). The key holder meets guests in the building at arrival and departure time unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.
