This is a ground level (private) single family home. Sit back; relax while watching the dolphins swim and play right from the backyard of this waterfront home. You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or park your boat if you choose to bring one. DIRECT GULF ACCESS. Enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, and a large screened in areas overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. One of a kind raised patio above the dock that lets you bask in the sun, be commander of the waterway, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Rinse off in the outdoor shower (tap water). Watch the boats as they head out to fish or just enjoy the waters. Want to play corn hole ? Enjoy our back yard area that has artificial turf. The house comes fully furnished with an eat in kitchen and additional full dining room, a full size washer/dryer, smart tv’s as well as WiFi. All beds come pre-made with the necessary linens and towels are provided in each bedroom & bathroom. This vacation getaway is a great place for golfing, fishing- Best Tarpon fishing in the world, inshore fishing, flats fishing, deep sea fishing, scalloping, boating, scuba diving, or just basking in the sun. Located only 5 minutes away is Weeki Wachee Springs and Roger's Park where you can swim, kayak or canoe with the manatees in the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee river/springs. Crystal River, FL is just a short 25 min drive away where you can swim, fish, scallop and scuba dive. Tampa, FL is a quick hour drive away where you can spend the day at Busch Gardens or Adventure Islands water park. Orlando, FL is easily accessible by car to take a day trip with the family to Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World or other Florida theme parks. You can also take advantage of locally offered adventures like scuba diving in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters where you can observe the 10 military tanks submerged offshore or check out the brand new man made reef. All of which are located just behind this waterfront Hernando Beach, FL vacation rental home. SUNSETS ARE AMAZING!!!

Spend your next vacation to Florida in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard! This house is a fully furnished home that is at ground level all one level. Just a couple steps to enjoy the large beautiful family room surrounded with windows to enjoy the water which is 20 feet away. The house can sleep up to 8 people with one king beds, one queen bed, and two double beds.

Amenities include a private pool, pool chairs, outdoor TV, central air conditioning, TVs, board games, books, hair dryer, ceiling fans, linens, towels, wireless internet, 'the crows nest' raised deck overlooking the entire wildlife area, dock slip, beach chairs, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and full kitchen equipped with an electric oven/stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, blender, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, spices, and water purifier. **THE HOT TUB DOES NOT WORK AND THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

*Dogs must be on flea and tick preventative
*Absolutely no dogs in the pool - if fur is found in the filter $500 clean out fee
*Please clean up after your pet or you will be charged a $75 cleanup fee
*Please keep pets on a leash when outdoors of the fenced area per Hernando County Law

The house is very nice. Would recommend! The unobstructed sunsets are beautiful from the raised dock. We saw dolphins from the dock at least once a day. Spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing by the pool. Also recommend pontoon boat rental from Captains Rentals, Clear kayaking on the Weeki Wachee River to see manatees and visiting Homosassa Springs State Park. Owners were very responsive to questions.

Very nice house, and great location. Easy dockage for our boat and quick access to the gulf. Nice to cool off in the pool after a long day on the boat. Beautiful and relaxing sunset view from the deck over the dock. Wonderful place and great time.

Perfect Hernando Beach Gettaway

The house was perfect and lot more spacious than the pictures show. It was in the perfect location to be able to watch the boats coming and going from the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool every day. Marta was a very gracious host and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. If we ever come back to Hernando Beach, I wouldn't wan to stay anywhere but here.

Awesome waterfront home

The location and parking are great ! Loved The gourmet kitchen and how well it was stocked. The whole whole house is so spacious lots of room. Loved the pool was in the pool every single day and the view you cannot beat. There was lots to do in the area as well we kept super busy. The only problem was to stay was just too short.

What a relaxing vacation with our children! The sunsets were amazing! I loved watching the boats come and go. The house had everything you needed. Our last full day we were treated with a dolphin visit under the dock…pretty cool! And we finally saw the stingrays on that day as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

This house as it all, a pool, water views, Wi-fi, TVs, games and more. We had a a great time kayaking in the canals and fishing on the docks. We spent every morning watching the Sting rays on the second story deck. We typically take a cruise for our vacation but after staying here we won't be cruising anytime soon. Great owners and a great rental! I Would recommend this property all day long. Thanks so much.

We couldn't have enjoyed this property more! Clean, spacious, a beautiful lanai and sundeck with exquisite views of the bay and channels. My favorite part of the home was the cook's kitchen! Wonderful cookware and a huge prep island made eating in a fun experience, and the owner graciously shared her spice cupboard. The master bedroom suite was superb, the bed very comfortable with glass doors out to the Lanai. The property's location at the end of a channel to the bay provided the best breezes, which we appreciated on hot days! I would highly recommend this property for its privacy, comfort, and location.

We see why it’s a 10/10

This was probably the whole groups favorite house we’ve all stayed at. It’s a family house and from the pictures to the handprints it all shows. There were a couple things to address but that goes with anywhere you stay. Some were bad and some were little things but nothing worth deducting from the rating. The location is perfect the views are great the wild life is awesome the inside to the outside spot on what everyone needs in there life. The kids were so disappointed when we pulled into the driveway. But when they walked inside everything changed. One begged to stay. We made friends with a Blue Heron (George Blueney) would stay 100 times over

If you're looking for a place to get away from everything, but still be within a short drive of shopping, this is the place! Numerous fishing charters, manatee trips, and state parks nearby. Only a 10 min drive to the store, but in a quiet area with a beautiful view! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the pier makes sitting out in the evenings and fishing a lot of fun! The owner is super helpful and a nice person. We saw numerous dolphins feeding right at the pier, and we even saw a manatee swim past! The sunsets are fantastic as well! You're missing out if you don't book this place!

Quiet and beauty surrounded by water!

We absolutely loved this property!!! The home is very spacious and comfortable! We loved the screened in area that overlooks the water! You can sit there and watch birds and dolphins in the water every day. We also enjoyed the TV outside! We spent the week of Thanksgiving here to visit my mother in law and we had a wonderful week! We had great weather too and my husband enjoyed being out in his kayak fishing! We loved this rental and Marta is wonderful to work with! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We look forward to returning soon!

We currently live in Charleston, SC. We are a family of 5, with three boys in college!!!! We love our Florida retreat and spend as much time there as we can. The boys love to bring friends to boat, swim, scallop, and fish. I personally love the outdoor shower which is so refreshing at the end of a salty day.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this property we fell in love - we only had a chance to spend a couple of weeks there, and didn't want to go home! The view is spectacular, and to see dolphins swim within 20 ft of you is breathtaking.

What makes this property unique

Great location on a quiet street and calm water. Upper deck above the boat lift for great viewing and sun. Enclosed pool. floating dock. Large family room with 180 degree views.
