Located on the hills of Nice, in Saint André de la Roche, in a residential, secure and quiet area, overlooking the city of Nice, with panoramic views of the city, La Baie des Anges, Le Cap d'Antibes, this small new apartment , arranged in a flirtatious way or everything is new, furniture, linen, bedding, household appliances has a main room with dining area, sleeping in comfortable sofa, wardrobe closet, linen closet and an independent kitchen, fully equipped. Its bathroom has a vanity unit, a WC and a shower cabin. It is located on the ground floor of a villa, with a small garden where you can, while contemplating the view, enjoy your stay in a sunny setting, decorated with Mediterranean plants. You can sunbathe there, out of sight. In the evening, installed in the deckchairs, you will appreciate the cool while admiring the city lights. A feast for the eyes. Private parking in front of the front door.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans les collines de Nice l'appartement et très propre et fonctionnels avec tous les équipements nécessaire, vaisselle,four,frigo,lave vaisselle, aspirateur ballet etc... Anais et Nathan sont de jeunes gens très charmants, respectueux, joyeux, qui ont su bien occuper leur séjour. Ça a été un plaisir de les recevoir. Il y a des gens comme ça qui laissent une forte empreinte et c’est le cas pour ce gentil couple.

Gite très agréable, propre et fonctionnel ! Les transats et le petit vent de la mer étaient un régal pour ce temps de repos ainsi que les ballades aux alentours. Eliane Tharon est une hôte très sympathique et très discrète, choses très appréciables lorsque nous louons dans une villa où les propriétaires y habitent ! Le jardin méditerranéen est très joli ainsi que la vue ! Je recommande vivement !
