The property is a typical rural villa in the characteristic sardinian style and consists of two separate buildings: the barn with nine lovely, large and independent rooms (each room with private bathroom, terrace and sofa bed) and the characteristic farmhouse equipped with large convivial kitchen, lounge and relax area, bathroom and external patio furnished. A beautiful rooftop pool (metres 10x9)and lovely outdoor spaces complete the property. There s an easy access through asphalted road and private car parks. The property has a panoramic position on the Coghinas valley inside a forest of oak trees of about 30 hectares whith fantastic trekking trails. Mura Mura country house is located beetwen small Sedini village 3 km,Valledoria beaches 6 km. Nearby the historic town of Castelsardo, Casteldoria termal spa, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Badesi beach ecc

Mura Mura - A perfect country retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mura Mura.The property was exactly as described and lived up to our expectations. Our holiday was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our 2 children, their spouses ardour 6 grand children. The property is situated in beautiful countryside and is only about 6 kilometres from some lovely beaches. Paola's recommendations for local restaurants were excellent. The property, its pool and the local beaches provided for the needs of all 3 generations.

A beautiful but neglected property

Although the details on your website included satellite TV, stereo, DVD, LINEN (washed to 60 degrees), boat, spa, coffee maker, etc, these were either not there or not working. It also states that the house is wheelchair accessible - which it is not. One bedroom is accessible but a wheelchair user cannot access the dining area or the pool area. The site details need to be updated/corrected. There were photos on your site showing several parasols and 3 gazebos. In fact no parasol was in working order and there were 2 gazebos. We had difficulty getting the owners to provide sheets and towels. (They tried to suggest we brought linen for 17 people on the flight...or that we hire linen at 1320 euros for the 4 weeks!) Shame. The property is in a very beautiful (if rainy) spot and it has been thoroughly neglected. The owners were quick to respond when lightbulbs or showers or toilets did not work. They should have done that before we arrived. We ran out of hot water and electricity and this could have been avoided had we been trusted with swapping gas bottles or access to the fuse box. The owners regularly visited the property to carry out work on the land or prepare for their next guests. With proper preparation, this property would be 5 star. Maintenance was lacking.

Wunderschöne Hochzeit

Wir haben unsere Rosenhochzeit auf Sardinien in dieser tollen Unterkunft gefeiert. Es waren von jung bis alt alle dabei. Es war wunderschön. Weit und breit nichts und niemand. Die kleinen Besucher (Schlange, Eidechse, usw) waren so lieb und super interessant. Idylle pur. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wir mussten leider einige WICHTIGE Dinge beanstanden, aber die Vermieter kamen keine Stunde später mit allen Ersatzteilen und haben sich wirklich super um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Sie halfen uns, ein Taxi nach Olbia zu bestellen und bei vielem mehr. Auf Sardinien geht es eben um das Miteinander und um den Mensch und wir sind keine Familie, die ein 5* Hotel braucht. Für uns war dieser Urlaub perfekt!

Schitterende plek voor een vakantiehuis.

Prima verblijf gehad op wat kleine dingetjes na. Zwembad was helaas niet helemaal gevuld, maar werd later wel redelijk opgelost. Eigenaar heel aardig en van goede wil. Omgeving: GEWELDIG!!!!!

Ruhige Landvilla

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schön gelegenen, absolut ruhigen Villa genossen, wirkliche Nachbarn gibt es außer Korkeichen und Ziegen nicht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, leider hatte aber eine Reisegruppe vor uns einiges kaputt gemacht, das noch nach und nach repariert werden musste. Das ist aber passiert. Es steht viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen zur Verfügung, draußen waren aber leider auch viele Wespen interessiert an unseren Speisen. Ohne diese konnten wir aber das Draußensitzen bis spät in den Abend genießen. Ende Oktober war der Pool schon recht kühl, das große Gelände bietet keine Fläche zum Fussballspielen, das hat neben dem langsamen Internetzugang den Reiz für die Jugendlichen etwas geschmälert. Wir konnten uns aber durch die täglichen Fahrten zum Strand und dem Fussballplatz am Ortseingang in Sedini „behelfen“. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in Mura Mura gut gefallen.

Tolles Anwesen, leider etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Die Finca an sich ist toll für eine größere Gruppe. Die Lage in der Natur ist sehr schön. Leider gab es einige Mankos (Wasserhahn super locker, nur 3 Weingläser für so eine große Gruppe, Pool grün), die zwar alle schnell behoben wurden, aber es wäre doch schön, wenn so etwas bereits vor der Anreise behoben würde. Etwas befremdlich fanden wir, dass wirklich sehr viele Reste der Vormieter in den schränken waren. Also mal Gewürze, okay.... Aber geöffnete Erdnüsse und eine riesen Sammlung geöffneter Öle usw....? Hier würden wir empfehlen, dass mal aufgeräumt wird.

Schöne und große Anlage in idyllischer Umgebung

Die Anlage mit zwei Häusern (Schlaf- und Wohngebäude) und eigenem Pool liegt mitten auf dem Land. Sedini ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Perfekt um Ruhe und Stille zu genießen oder um sich ungestört austoben zu können. Nachts hört man Eulen, morgens wird man durch die Glocken einer Schafherde geweckt. Idylle pur. Die Anlage ist sauber, sowohl die Betten, als auch das Wohngebäude. Krabbeltiere lassen sich natürlich nicht vermeiden, dafür liegt die Anlage auf dem Land. Wir waren mit 14 Personen da (3 Familien) und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In wenigen Minuten ist man per Auto an den schönen Stränden Sardiniens. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen.

Super vacances !

Nous étions 4 couples d'amis avec 5 enfants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Mura Mura Country House. Paola est très agréable et réactive. La propriété est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle n'est pas chauffée et donc en avril elle est très froide. Seuls bémols : Nous avons ouverts la saison, il faisait froid. Seules 2 chambres ont une clim réversible. Les autres n'ont aucun chauffage. La première nuit a été fraîche. Mais Paola a été très réactive et nous a fourni des radiateurs d'appoint dès le lendemain. Le second bémol est le problème des clés qu'il ne faut pas oublier dans la chambre sous peine d'être enfermé à l'extérieur. Nous recommandons cette propriété pour passer de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle nous a fait penser à une hacienda avec son jardin orné de cactus. Dépaysement assuré !

Big "hacienda" with amazing view !

The house is perfect to accommodate a very large number of people. A real plus: the private bathrooms in each room! The large living room/kitchen and the terrace are independent, it allows to make noise without disturbing the sleepers. The pool is very large but for beach lovers, the nearest beach is 15min. We had a very great time in Muramura! Adults and children, everyone enjoys it. Thank again Paola and your brother for all what you did ! <3 :)

Villa confortable, beaux volumes, une vue magnifique, un endroit paisible et très agréable. TOP !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa de PAOLA et ANDREAS . L'atout de cette location, c' est l'aménagement des espaces, idéal pour des grandes familles et groupe d'amis. Des beaux volumes avec des espaces dédiés appréciables quand on est nombreux. Petit bémol à notre arrivée, l'eau de la piscine était trouble et nous n'avons pas pu se baigner avant 2 jours. Andreas a passé beaucoup de temps pour y remédier et nos enfants ont retrouvé le sourire dès que l'eau clair est revenu. Sinon, tout était parfait, l'endroit, l'accueil et l'accompagnement du propriétaire jusqu'au bout. Nous étions 17 personnes et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
