Bathroom with walk-in shower adjoining the bedroom (140X190 bed) overlooks the garden. Beautiful kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, LV, LL ... open to the living room. Living room with convertible sofa (160 X 200), TV, internet. The toilets with hand basin are independent. Shared garden with the possibility of barbecue.

Great, clean and comfortable stay in Cachan!

This apartment was perfect for us a couple. It is very clean, updated and quiet. It is only a 5 minute walk to the RER station, so we could get into the heart of Paris very quickly in the mornings. We slept so well, and it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our hosts were so communicative, and really made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to visit Paris!

Perfect Paris Flat

This was a great little flat on the edge of the Paris arrondissements located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The train is just a quick 5 minute walk. There are a number of Boulangerie, food markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and comfortable equipped with everything you need. The owners meet you and were absolutely delightful, helpful, and even let us practice our poor high school french! Would definitely stay again!

Great place for long stays

Isabelle was great and very accommodating. She was not present, but her friend and neighbor was there to walk us through everything in detail. Apartment is as advertised. About 7 minute from Cachan station RER B which takes you into the heart of Paris. Otherwise you’re looking at a 17-30 euro Uber depending on time of day. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 8-10 minute walk. Over all we were very comfortable here for 4 days.

Our very pleasant stay in Cachan

Out stay was very pleasant. We felt welcome even before setting foot in Paris. The owner gave us all the necessary information prior to the trip and then provided us with directions on how to best travel from the airport. They also made the corresponding arrangements to have someone available to welcome us to the apartment because our flight arrived late in the evening. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully furnished with everything we required to cook our meals and then some. It was also equipped with a washing machine which came in handy for us because our stay was over one week and we were traveling light. The beds were both big enough and very comfortable. With regards to location, it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Paris city center after long sightseeng days yet close enough to be, at the most, 25 minutes from all the main attractions. We're so grateful for the bottle of wine the owner gave us. It was a real treat! I highly recommend this apartment, and we will definitely be going back there on our - hopefully soon - next trip to Paris!

Perfektes Appartment

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage finde ich super, da genau zwischen Flughafen Orly und Zentrum Paris gelegen, optimal mit Kindern, um längere Zeit in den Öffis zu vermeiden. Ein Supermarkt ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Isabelle und Jean sind herausragende Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Absolut freundliche Vermieter. Sauberes Wohnung und es ist alles da was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Bahn in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Man kann von hier auch perfekt mit dem Rad in die Stadt fahren. Radnetz gut ausgebaut aber erst einmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Park + Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man hat überhaupt nicht das Gefühl in einer Großstadt zu sein. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wunderbare Wohnung!

Wir waren zu viert für neun Tage in dem Appartement und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen - in wenigen Minuten ist der RER nach Paris zu erreichen, in etwa 15 Minuten ist man mitten in der Stadt. Supermärkte und mehrere Bäcker sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war alles wunderbar, wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Kurztrip nach Paris

Schöne Tage in Paris

Wir haben die Tage in Paris sehr genossen. Dazu hat das schöne Apartment in Cachan am Rand von Paris sehr beigetragen. Die Vermieter waren sind sehr nett und freundlich und standen hilfsbereit zur Seite, wenn es Fragen gab oder man einen Rat brauchte. Mit der RER ist man von Cachan aus schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir würden es sofort wieder mieten.

An amazing experience!!

Our stay was wonderful. Isabelle and Jean Louis were the perfect hosts in every way. The apartment is beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing that we needed!! The bed was very comfortable as well as the pull out couch if necessary. The apartment is a very short walk from the Arcueil-Cachan RER B station which makes going into Paris very simple. Finally, Cachan is a wonderful place to explore. If there, take advantage of the parks, stores and restaurants. It is a haven away from a busy day in Paris. Notre séjour a été merveilleux. Isabelle et Jean Louis étaient des hôtes parfaits à tous points de vue. L'appartement est magnifique, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. Il n'y avait rien dont nous avions besoin !! Le lit était très confortable ainsi que le canapé-lit si nécessaire. L'appartement se trouve à quelques pas de la gare RER B Arcueil-Cachan ce qui permet de se rendre à Paris très simplement. Enfin, Cachan est un endroit merveilleux à découvrir. Si vous y êtes, profitez des parcs, des magasins et des restaurants. C'est un havre de paix loin d'une journée bien remplie à Paris.

Tak for et fantastisk ophold

Her i Cachan bor man både fredeligt og helt fantastisk og Jean Louis og Isabelle er virkelig gode værter. Lejligheden er meget fin og rummelig og vi kunne fint bo der (2 voksne og 2 børn). Lige overfor ligger der en lille park, som er rigtig dejlig og det tager knap 20 minutter at nå Les Halles med RER-toget. Tak fordi vi måtte låne lejligheden. Med de bedste hilsner Jonas og familie

Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Jean-Louis et son épouse qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Nous n avons manqué de rien dans un appartement rénové avec tout le confort disponible. La proximité du rer b était parfaite pour visiter Paris sans passer trop de temps dans les transports, et rentrer le soir dans un environnement calme et reposant. Les commerces se trouvent également à deux pas du gîte. Une excellente adresse !
