Beautiful Penthouse high standing with over 120 m2. terrace / solarium and 340º view, and only 100 m. from the beach.
It has 100 m2 of housing distributed in three bedrooms (two doubles and one with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed convertible), two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub), dining-living room, kitchen integrated in the dining room and complete, with all kitchen appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, etc ...
Suitable for 8 people.
Glass gallery with terrace and full ocean view. Air conditioning in all the spaces.
Communal swimming pool.
All adapted to wheelchair including building down to the pool and / or beach.
All shops 200 m away: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, banks, shops, restaurants ...
This year, in January 2019, the train track that separated us from the beach has finally been removed: there is NO train going through it.
