Very nice apartment, ideally located on the slopes, and close to all shops, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, well-separated rooms. This one will seduce you with its location which allows you to leave and arrive on skis. de Risoul 1850, guarantees you an ideal level of snow and sunshine. South facing terrace that allows you to eat outside. a secure ski hook on the windows prevents you from going down to the ski room, which is however at your disposal, a reduction of 25% is offered to you for the rental of your equipment, Free Wifi in the apartment, Summer a swimming pool heated and 2 tennis courts are available in the residence, I have another apartment next to the rental, also sleeps 5 ground floor, listening to you to better prepare your stay.

Les plus : nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à l’emplacement du logement, la présence d’une terrasse quand on a un chien, la communication avec l’hôte et le volume suffisant pour 1 semaine à 4.Les moins : faire confiance aux locataires précédents pour nettoyer l’appartement n’est pas viable (sans contrôle), c’était très sale à notre arrivée. L’’humidité est très présente dans les pièces d’eau. Il faudrait également « dépersonnaliser » l'appartement qui semble habité par quelqu’un.Sinon, c’était bien

Malgré la fermeture des remontées mécaniques cette saison, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé sur la piste, l'accès aux commerces de la station est facile, la terrasse de plein pied sur la piste est très agréable. Le logement est très confortable à quatre, notamment la literie. A recommander sans hésiter!

l'appartement est idéalement situé au pied des pistes. C'est très appréciable surtout avec des enfants. Il est bien équipé et je pense idéal pour 4 personnes. En effet pour 6, un petit bémol pour le couchage du clic clac qui n'est pas confortable. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est très aimable et disponible.

1ère expérience en station l’été Accès avec bagages compliqués et promiscuité Location très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Sortie directe sur les pistes appréciable surtout avec un chien . Si la surface n’est pas le critère principal je conseille !

Séjour en dehors de la période de ski. Petit appartement très agréable et bien équipé avec un accès directement sur les piste. Le propriétaire est très sympa et facile à contacter. Attention, pendant la période de fermeture de la station....aucun commerce ni restaurant ouvert. Location à recommander....
