"Endless Views" - 2nd Row Home w/ Private Pool, 4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms

Thank you for your stay with us. We take great pride in insuring that our properties are well maintained and in working order. Home Elevators are a wonderful amenity. And, being different than commercial elevators, instructions that are posted in the our guest books and the elevators have to be followed precisely. The most common thing that we find on service calls for elevators are that Guests open the elevator car gate before the elevator comes to a complete stop. The other is that guests fail to close the elevator car gate when exiting the elevator. Both of these actions will cause the elevator to shut down as a safety precaution. These are the conditions that our maintenance techs discovered on the multiple calls during your stay. When these instructions are followed, the elevator works perfectly.

Thank you for staying with us at Endless Views, we do hope to see you back again. We are happy that you would recommend this property to friends and family and that you would rent again. This owner does put money back into his house each year to keep it maintained and with updates including new flooring, paint, and bathroom renovation in 2023, and an upgraded elevator and new flooring for 2024. The ocean environment is harsh on homes here at the beach and require a little each year. See you back soon!

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to offer this review! We agree that this home does have some great features, especially the views! I have reached out to the owner, our maintenance department and housekeeping staff to report your concerns regarding the jets in the tub and the carpet condition. Since your departure, the carpets were cleaned and are now in very good condition. Regarding the elevator, we are honestly not sure why you were under the impression that it was not available for guest use. It is available and operable, and I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding in this regard. The Jacuzzi jets are being assessed at this time. The beach access point that is to be used by guests, and which is described in the welcome booklet is to the left as you leave the driveway. This is a well maintained access point, and is just a few steps further away. The one that is directly across the street is not as desirable, as it does have that water retention area at the top of it. Our housekeeping department has been informed, and will be checking the stock of pans in the home and rectifying this as appropriate. Our cleaners are instructed to remove all food items from our homes, to assure deterrence of pests, and this would include salt/pepper. Public beach access from this home is across the street to the right of the driveway, so there should not be a need to trespass on neighbor's property. Bed linens are provided in this home, however towels are not provided in this or any of our homes. They may be provided upon request, at a small fee. I understand that our head of housekeeping received a call from you on the evening of your arrival, and as a courtesy, she brought some towels to you.
