The flat has been completely restored in 2020 (renovation, new and insulating windows, blinds, floors and ceilings); view on the sea, the beach of Fréjus, the massif and the coast of the Moors from the living room and the balcony; right in the city centre in the golden triangle, and on the old port of Saint Raphaël; new reversible air-conditioning very quiet; completely renovated, furnished and equipped. One bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 80cm LED screen television, internet access with wifi, and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 50 m away; balcony equipped for meals overlooking the promenade of Armenia; all shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity.
Numerous restaurants nearby, seaside promenade at the foot of the building.
Supervised underground municipal car parks in front of the flat (56eur per week).
The TGV train station is a 5-minute walk away;
The old port of Saint Raphaël nearby is the starting point for boats to Saint Tropez, Saint Marguerite island, the Esterel coast....

Un appartement trÚs bien placé., proche de la gare et des commerces. Accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires disponibles et arrangeants. Ils nous ont accordé un départ tardif car notre TGV partait à 15h, nous avons pu profiter maximum de la plage .

Les procĂ©dures d arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part sont parfaites et la localisation pour tout faire Ă  pied aussi. Dommage que l on ne dise pas que l escalier d accĂšs est loin d ĂȘtre bon. Et puis Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l appartement il est trĂšs difficile de se poser tellement il y a de babioles et autres objets des propriĂ©taires. Pas de place pour les locataires.

L'appartement est tres bien meublée avec tout ce quil faut, agreable a vivre,assez spacieux. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Beaucoup de chose a faire a pied (la voiture na pas bougé) seul bemol c'est difficile de trouver une place.

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et hyper bien situĂ©. Pas besoin de voiture on a tout fait Ă  pied! Il manque un peu de rangement (nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Sinon rien Ă  redire, j'avais vu les avis Ă  propos du bruit mais mĂȘme fenĂȘtre ouverte le bruit n'est pas du tout dĂ©rangeant.

Appartement idéalement placé sans voiture

Appartement de tout confort avec climatisation indispensable pour ce mois d'aout TrĂšs fonctionnel il n'y manque rien. Le seul bĂ©mol c'est la situation au dessus de la plus grande pizzĂ©ria de St Raphael et tout proche du rond point Kennedy donc impossible d'ouvrir une fenĂȘtre tellement c'est bruyant. Les vitres triples vitrage assurent une isolation phonique satisfaisante fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e.
