Villa Erika is a welcoming villa located in Pula, Sardinia, within the Is Molas resort renowned for its 27-hole golf course. The resort also houses a restaurant and a paid public swimming pool with sea view. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa and benches with horseshoe-shaped cushions, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. It is equipped with a large and panoramic furnished veranda and a large outdoor shower directly in the garden. The villa is surrounded by a splendid well-kept garden with English lawn, a spectacular olive tree to shade guests and a Nuraghe-type Sardinian stone barbecue for your dinners in the garden. Linen is provided only on request with a supplement of €20 per person. Cleaning costs have a supplement of €120 to be paid on site.

Abbiamo letto la sua recensione.
Prima d’ora comunque nessuno si era mai lamentato dell’odore di stantio in cassetti e armadi. Verificheremo con il personale addetto, se la casa essendo ubicata in un Golf Club immerso nel verde con irrigazione costante e a pochi chilometri dal mare, quindi con aria ricca di salsedine, possa aver subito questo effetto di umidità, malgrado l’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata, essendo la sua prenotazione nelle settimane centrali di agosto.
Per lo spazio negli armadi non avevamo mai ricevuto lamentele, ma provvederemo a fare liberare ulteriore spazio e a comprare nuovi mobili.
Per il pagamento, come ben sa, purtroppo c’è stato un errore di comunicazione con il portale Vrbo.
Ad oggi tutti i collegamenti tra gestionale e portale risultano corretti e non dovrebbero più verificarsi problemi di questo tipo.
