It is a small Paradise, 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Saint Cyr sur Mer...

We offer a Provençal Charming Villa, in a peaceful and relaxing place.
Ideally located in a Quiet Residential area, it is near to everything.

Partie, evening and other reception of a noisy nature are not permitted. We respect ours neighbors !

Facing South, (Sunny and / or Shaded all day according to your taste), his garden is flat and clear, tucked and well closed.

Our House is Cosy, luminous and functional, redone in Neuf with a refined decoration...

Air-conditioned, mosquito nets in every room, the cleanliness is irreproachable. It has two bedrooms (one with a TV).

4/6 beds, (a sofa bed in the living room).
All the bedding is new.

On your request, we can provide you, bed linen and towels, for the price of 10 euros per person.

The kitchen is open on the living room ...

We put at your disposal 3 bicycles, 2 scooters, deckchairs, a barbecue, and some beach accessories (small surfboards, parasol, etc ...) for young children ...

Très belle location, bien équipée, au calme, à 5mn à pied de la plage. Parfait pour 4personnes. Catherine, la propriétaire, est à votre écoute et très attentionnée. Nous avons passé des superbes vacances familiales et reposantes. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Séjour Saint Cyr sur mer

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier très calme et à proximité de la mer (5 minutes a pied), il y a également tous les équipements nécessaires. Catherine est une personne très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !!!

Excellent séjour et bon accueil

Très bien placé, à 5 min de la plage et des commerces dans une rue très calme. La maison est très bien entretenue et bien décorée. L'accueil est très agréable. Le jardin est assez grand et bien entretenu. Les vélos étaient également bienvenus. Vous pouvez garer facilement votre voiture. Que demander de mieux? Nous reviendrons!

Dès qu'on passe le portail, on se retrouve dans l'intimité et le calme d'une jolie propriété.

Tout est propre et confortable, la literie est très bonne; mais avant tout nous avons apprécié l'amabilité de Madame Porco et la confiance qu'elle nous a témoignée. Nous espérons bien pouvoir renouveler cette bonne expérience avec elle.

Calme et charmant

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison très propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et il ne manquait rien pour être très à l'aise et bien faire la cuisine. Accueil parfait . Nous comptons bien pouvoir y revenir. Surtout que la maison est très prēs d'une magnifique plage (on y va à pieds) .

de superbes vacances

très jolie maison fonctionnelle avec un magnifique jardin dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.Nous étions 6 dont 2 enfants.Tout le monde était ravi.A noter que tout est à disposition des vacanciers (playstation, DVD, écran plat, jeux d société...) et que le maison dispose d'une climatisation performante.Maison idéalement située : au calme mais à 5mn à pied de la plage, à 20mn du port animé avec ses restos et ses concerts. Un grand merci à Catherine, la propriétaire et à son fils pour leur disponibilité et leur convivialité. Aux futurs vacanciers, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

A visiter sans hésiter!

Une maison pleine de charme où rien ne manque pour s'y sentir bien: joliment aménagée, confortable, bien équipée, propre, fonctionnelle, un jardin et une terrasse au top, et en plus... proche de tout! A proximité des commerces et de la plage, mais aussi de belles ballades à faire et de superbes sites à découvrir. Des vélos sont mis à disposition, alors c'est tout juste idéal pour oublier la voiture le temps des vacances. Les propriétaires sont charmants, souriants, serviables et vraiment sympathiques. Alors... allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçus!
