Villa L'Estacade is ideally situated with a seaside location, near the red rocks of the coast, with a 180° panoramic view, a private pontoon, near the rocky inlets of the Esterel for unforgettable swimming, direct access to the Port-Ferrol marina (ask us), a 12x4-m reflecting pool in a garden planted with pines and green oaks, and pepper plants. Nearby attractions: La Gaillarde beach (500 m), accessible by foot, leisure activities including tennis, golf, diving, sailing, jet-ski, and hiking, businesses close by. The coastal trail passes the front door of the house. It has all the ingredients of your dream vacation, between swimming and discovering the sea, sport, leisure, walks, and good food. Inside the house, aside from the living/dining room with direct access to the large 100-m2 south-facing terrace, you'll have 7 separate bedrooms (4 2-person beds, a bunk bed, and two single beds), well-served by 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets, one of which is separate. The open-plan kitchen is well decorated, fully equipped, and very functional and social. The dining table seats 8-10 people (additional table for up to 12 people), with outdoor tables and chairs for up to 10 people. This has been our family's vacation home since 1956, was entirely renovated in 2008, and is warm and inviting. It is ideal for 2 or 3 couples with kids and a nanny. The pool is protected by barriers, a gate, and a rolling shutter. The pool can be heated. The garden and the terrace offer all the comfort you could want: an outdoor salon, recliners, parasols, outdoor tables, barbecue, ping-pong table, and hammock. Space for parking 3 cars in front of the gate. Have a good vacation!

It was amazing

We had wonderful stay! The house is so nice, that you could just stay there but there is a lot to see too in that area. The Pool is great for children, the view is amazing. The Hosts have been more than helpful. Like to come back some day!!

Phantastic Holiday, adorable Location

We (swiss-family of 11 members, 7 adults, 4 childrens, 2 generations) have had a perfect week in a wonderfull location. Very clean, very well prepared (Kitchen, Laundry,...) directly next to the sea (so wonderfull to get up in the morning and hear the sea). The host-Couple was very nice and helpfull and everything worked like it was described or discussed on eMail contact before holiday. Highly recommended and we have an 4-year experience with locations in this size and region. It was even much better than we could imagine on the pictures. A warm and big Thank you to the Host-Family!

Most brilliant place in the South of France

Where shall I begin. Probably with the location of the property. When it's hot you still have that cool breeze that blows over the Mediterranean. You sit next to the most beautiful swimming pool you have ever seen, looking at the sea, occasionally walk to the extensive kitchen where you put some ice into the glasses from the automatic ice cube maker, after which you return to the terrace and pool. In the evening you can barbecue on one of the other terraces. If you really want to get active, you can walk down the stairs to the private jetty and take your boat out to sea there. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms comfortable, and the hosts are the sweetest people you will meet on your vacation. We have been coming to the South of France for years and have rented many houses, but this is the best and most enchanting place of all.

Dream away

If you ever you ever want to experience one of the most beautiful places in Europe, this is the place to stay. The photo's are not telling half the story. The view (seaside) is brilliant from the pool but also from the several terrasses and from the garden. Relax beside the convenient pool, walk down your private steps towards the sea, have some fun exploring the underwater life. Enjoy sitting in front of the house in the shade on the lounge set, it is all beautifully done, nice materials are used and all the furniture is very comfortable. There is of course a lot to do in the surroundings, St Tropez is close by and so are many nice restaurants and activities you might want to try. There is not much reason to stay inside much, but if you do. The kitchen is well equipped and so are the many (bath)rooms throughout the house. You will not be missing anything and your stay is going to be one long comfortable dream. Besides that you will experience the hospitallity of Mme and Ms Bruhler. Both very nice people and well organized in case you do need something out of the ordinary. We had a fantastic stay with our group in June 2017 in L' Estacade !

Very nice villa next to the sea

We had a lovely week. The house is very nice. It has an amazing garden and a wonderful view. It is next to the sea with a private access to it. The house is very well suplied, especially the kitchen has all you need. We do these kind of trips for almost 20 years and it was among the best houses we have stayed. We already booked for next year!

relaxing weeks

We spent to very relaxing weeks in this charming house, which is not only pleasantly situated overlooking the sea and the little harbor, but has a convincing arrangement of spacious rooms and an excellently equipped kitchen. The personal introduction into the details of the house by the owners was an additional positive experience. We will be back.

Fantastiskt hus på Rivieran

Lätt med ankomst och avresa, en stor blombukett och en flaska vin som ankomstöverraskning, härligt, vindskyddat poolområde, fantastiskt hus som inte saknade något! Vi hade en långhelg utöver det vanliga och tillbringade mesta tiden vid fastigheten. Underbart!

Merveilleusement bien

A perfect holiday in a perfect house by the sea

We spent a week in the house of Muriel and Nicolas at the end of September 2017 and we loved it very much. The house is beautifully renovated, has every comfort one needs - lots of dwelling places in and outside the house and a well equiped kitchen. It's calme, directly by the sea - the view is beautiful - stunning sunrises every morning. The beach is close. Snorkelling and swimming in the sea is possible from the cliffs or within a short walk to a raft (200m). We were a party of 9 adults and 2 kids - everybody enjoyed the stay. The big swimming pool was heated, so we could enjoy it even in autumn temperatures. Muriel and Nicolas did everything to make our stay pleasant and they were reachable anytime and a very congenial couple. It's useful to have a bicycle - there are nice little roads to get to Fréjus or Issambres, aside the busy mainstreet. All in all it was one of the best houses we rented in this region so far.
