Mice

First the property shows a hot tub and pool. These however are not working and you need to request use and pay more. Then there are mice in the walls and ceiling that you hear running around all night. When we brought the host/owner over to hear them he said yeah country house. No km sorry no one wants to listen to mice run and scratch all night.

Ces deux dames n' avaient PAS LU l' annonce concernant les conditions de location du spa et le délai de mise en route après réservation. Furieuses de leur erreur, elles ont demandé à écourter leur séjour; ce que j'ai accepté pour les voir partir au plus vite! En effet, elles m'ont harcelé d'appels téléphoniques, de sms, de visites inopinées et sont parties au matin sans un mot. Visiblement, elles ne sont pas faites pour le séjour à la campagne qu'elles avaient réservé. Elles ont dû prendre un loir pour des souris! Surtout qu'elles ne tentent pas de séjourner au Kenya; elles se plaindraient d' entendre la nuit un lion rugir dans la savane!

Leuk huis van alle gemakken voorzien, verouderd qua inrichting

Goed voor rust tussen wijngaarden, weinig toerisme, zwembad toegankelijk tussen 10 en 12 uur en 14 tot 19 uur. Wifi is zeer slecht. Geen airco, te weinig ventilatie. Vriendelijke gastheer.

Le client n'a sans doute pas lu l'annonce car tout était indiqué ! Pour le Wifi, nous sommes à la campagne donc l'internet n'est pas celui de la ville mais la fibre est prévu en 2025 et nous bénéficions de la 4 G grâce à une antenne implanté sur le Golf des Vigiers. Quand à la critique sur le tourisme, nous sommes dans le Périgord, le département aux milles châteaux et généralement les clients se plaignent d'avoir trop de choses à découvrir et d'être obligé de revenir ...

Relaxing week

We had a lovely relaxing week and explored the surrounding countryside. There is great out door space at the gite however the weather had other ideas and we were forced to spend most evenings indoors. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful, would not hesitate to recommend L'Armandine 😀

Spacious rental on a beautiful property in quiet setting

We spent two weeks in this wonderful rental in March/April 2016. The owners, who live next door, were helpful with information and advice before our arrival and during our stay. The setting is idyllic and very quiet. The rental has a large living area with table for 6, two couches, chair, television, and fireplace. There is a large sliding glass door and a window looking out on the beautiful property. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher. The bedroom is also spacious. The rental is best for a couple. The large bathroom has a separate tiled shower, bath, and double sinks. We used the rental as a base to explore the area - from St. Emillion to the west to Lascaux II to the east. We recommend this rental without question.

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé une semaine enchanteresse dans ce "petit" gite. Le gite est constitué d'une très très grande pièce faisant office de Salon / Salle à manger, d'une chambre au calme et d'une cuisine très bien aménagée. La déco est très sympa, et c'est très bien tenu. Le vrai plus, c'est la nature verdoyante tout autour avec la possibilité de se prélasser sur la terrasse qui donne sur le salon et la cuisine. Un peu plus loin un grand parc avec un étang... Bref une vraie tranche de bonheur que je vous recommande sans discussion !

SUPER!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très sympathique dans le gîte l'Armandine. Spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé cet endroit est parfait pour se reposer... Les propriétaires sont discrets et les deux gîtes sont éloignés afin de préserver l'intimité des vacanciers... La piscine est grande donc parfait pour faire quelques longueurs avant une pause bronzette sur les transats!!!
