L'attico si trova al 6° piano servito con ascensore sino al 5° piano e dispone di posto auto privato.

L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi da negozi e servizi e dall'imbarco dei traghetti per le splendide isole del Giglio e Giannutri.
Raggiungibili con 10 minuti di macchina le spiagge di sabbia della Giannella e Feniglia e le meravigliose calette della via panoramica.

una bella vacanza

abbiamo trascorso una bella e rilassante vacanza ,la casa è molto accogliente ,grande e dotata di tutti i confort.La vista è veramente spettacolare ,nonostante fosse periodo di massimo afflusso essendo al 6° piano i rumori erano minimi. peccato che sia ...finita Un grazie a Roberto per la sua accoglienza e disponibilità.

Bell'appartamento, molto luminoso,vista mozzafiato

In realtà il soggiorno risale a fine giugno 2014, periodo di grande calura, per cui abbiamo subito apprezzato l'ottima ventilazione dell'appartamento. Mai sofferto il caldo, ne di giorno, ne di notte: l'appartamento si trova infatti proprio sul mare, di fronte al porto, e gode quindi di una piacevole brezza marina. La vista e' incredibile, abbraccia tutto il paese, e il mare ce l'hai li, a toccarlo quasi. Tutta questa luce, coi profumi di mare, te li ritrovi in casa, grazie alle tante finestre, che assicurano una grande luminosità. Appartamento molto ben tenuto, arredato con gusto. Siamo all'ultimo piano, stabile anni sessanta, ben tenuto con ascensore fino al piano sottostante: l'ultimo piano lo fai con le scale, ma non è un problema. Sei nel centro del paese, circondato dai negozi di ogni genere. Comodissimo per i traghetti per il Giglio, che ti ormeggiano "sotto casa". Ultima cosa, importantissima soprattutto in alta stagione ! Il posto auto sotto casa, degna "ciliegina sulla torta"...Assolutamente da considerare se intendete soggiornare qualche giorno a Porto Santo Stefano

Nice apartement, breathtaking view

Great location, sea front, 6th floor, the view is on the harbor and the whole village. The apartement is bright, with its numerous windows. During our stay, sun was hot, temperature above 35 degree: despite that, we did not suffer any warm, as you're just in front of the marine breeze. Rooms very well manteined, clean, sunlight, and sea taste everywhere. Building from the 60', well mantained: elevator ( you're at last floor), with the exception of the last floor, where you have only stairs( not a problem at all). Apartement is located just in the Centre of the town, surrounded by all shops you need. Last but not least (fundamental in high season) , apartement has its parking lot for one car.
