Lovely apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. The view from the balcony was truly lovely, and the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our experience.

Terrace with views

We enjoyed our stay very much and we could've stayed even longer. Francis's place is beautiful and peaceful and the view from the balcony is beautiful, to the countryside. The sun shines to the terrace all day. In October the weather was perfect for us to stay here but there is also an aircon if the weather is warmer.

Lovely, relaxing, wonderful

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 2 weeks. We loved every second of it. Francis is a wonderful host. When we arrived, we had water, wine and a cake waiting for us, which was much appreciated, especialy the water..ok, the wine as well :P. If you are looking for a quiet location, but still with in driving distance to the wonderful beaches of this great island, this is the place! Francis, from my family and I, thank you so much for opening your home to us.

A lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this quiet apartment in the countryside. Francis, the owner, is very friendly and communication was easily handled with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets, if needed. The full-sized fridge/freezer combo came complete with freezer packs and ice cube trays. WIFI worked well in all areas. The peaceful view of the countryside from the balcony is wonderful, especially at sunrise. Stargazing is also excellent here. Realistically you'll need a car to stay here and you can park in front of the property. The location is ideal for exploring the island, seeing major sites or simply driving down lovely country roads/lanes through small towns and villages, soaking up the atmosphere. Several bronze-age historic sites are within easy reach. The beaches and major supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) at Can Picafort are a 15 minute drive away.

Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet: Wasserkocher, Küchenutensilien, Toilettenpapier, viele Handtücher etc. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Betten waren bequem.Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein Café und zwei Kilometer entfernt das Restaurant Ses Torres, wo man sich auch mal gute Pizzen heimholen kann.Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man wie wir die Insel mit dem Mietwagen in alle Richtungen erkunden will.Francis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, persönlich verabschiedet und war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar.Obwohl wir mit Verspätung ankamen, hat sie auf uns gewartet und alles Wichtige zur Wohnung erklärt und viele Tipps gegeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder.

im Landesinneren, abseits vom Trubel liegt diese schöne Ferienwohnung in Ariany, kleiner Supermarkt und Apotheke sind im Ort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon ein Highlight, Ausgestattet mit einer elektrischen Markise kann man es dort sehr gut aushalten. Das einchecken war sehr angenehm und die Vermieterin war immer, wenn nötig per Whatsapp erreichbar und die Antwort/ Hilfe kam prompt. Von Ariany kann man mit dem PKW alles auf der Insel gut erreichen. Vom Nachbarort Petra sind wir dem Zug stressfrei nach Palma gefahren, eine knappe Stunde dauert die Fahrt und man sucht keinen Parkplatz. Mit 4,50. Euro pro Fahrt/Person auch noch günstig. Zug fährt jede Stunde. Im Ort Petra gibt es auch gute Restaurants mit sehr guter Küche. Unser Tip, das Can Salom… ein Besuch am Abend ist aber fast nur mit Reservierung möglich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall an den Ort zurück kommen.. es war toll.

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Appartement. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, wir haben die wundervolle Aussicht genossen. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Gastgeberin lernten wir als sehr netten und warmherzigen Menschen kennen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Ariany ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren oder um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Weitblick auf Mallorca

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Francis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Das Highlight war auf jeden Fall die Terasse mit Südausrichtung - wir konnten während unseres Frühstücks den wunderbaren Blick bis hin zum Santuari de Sant Salvador genießen und so im November noch unseren persönlichen Sommer etwas verlängern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielen Dank Francis!

Una buena opcion para visitar Mallorca

La casa esta situada en el rca con lo que las distancias para visitar las distintas zonas de la isla son las adecuadas. Esta totalmente equipada con una cocina con un menaje completo aunque aconsejamos poner papeleras para reciclar en el patio que es mas comodo para deshacerse de la basura. Se encuentra a la entrada del pueblo con lo que puedes oir el tráfico aunque no es muy transitada. La propietaria quiere que te sientas cómodo y pone a tu disposición su casa con todo lo que dispone que es de gran utilidad durante tus desplazamientos . Pese a la antigüedad de la casa esta conservada y la limpieza es buena. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena teniendo en cuenta los precios en Mallorca

Logement tres bien équipé au niveau vaisselle, linge de toilette.... Heureusement que la clim est la pour pouvoir dormir la nuit car sinon il fait tres chaud dans 1 des chambres . Maison agreable située en campagne donc.tres paisible . Prêt de la mer entre 15 et 20min route agreable Je trouve dommage de faire payer en plus la consommation de l électricité en fin de sejour il faudrait l inclure dans le prix de la location + plus la taxe de sejour car un supplement au total de 72€ Hote tres disponible et tres accueillante. Une jolie attention a notrz arrivée

Genießen und Erholung fern von allen Hotels

Francis ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Wir haben viele Stunden auf dem wunderschönen Balkon verbracht mit Yoga, lesen, sonnen, essen und einfach nur ausruhen und genießen. Die Ziegen auf dem Feld vorm Haus und ihre Glocken haben uns nicht gestört. Sie haben eher zum Urlaubsfeeling beigetragen. Nur als oben andere Urlauber eingezogen sind, war die Ruhe etwas gestört durch Streit und lautes Fernsehen von oben. Die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer sind leider etwas weich. Wir waren zu zweit und ich habe im zweiten Schlafzimmer geschlafen. Die Matratze ist zum Glück härter, aber es gibt kein Fenster. Da es im Juni nachts gut abkühlt, hatten wir die Klimaanlage nicht nötig. Sehr schön ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, um leicht verschmutzte oder verschwitzte Sachen schnell waschen zu können. Auf dem Balkon im Wind trocknet alles innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Das macht den Urlaub noch angenehmer. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich laut (vielleicht Zeit für einen neuen 🙃), aber schön groß. Wie von anderen Mietern schon gesagt,ist alles nicht mehr so neu, wie es auf den Fotos erscheint, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Zum Strand fährt man reichlich eine Viertel Stunde und innerhalb von reichlich einer Stunde ist man eigentlich überall auf der Insel. Wir haben uns sehr viel angeschaut, waren wandern, SUP fahren, schnorcheln, schwimmen, usw und diese Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück!!
