The house is located in a peaceful environment (dead end) and close to the beach (5 minutes walk)
This seaside house will allow you to fully enjoy your family vacation. It can accommodate a whole family in conditions of very pleasant comfort allowing you to benefit fully from your holidays.
A double room with sea view on the 1st floor with its bathroom and a double room and 3 single at garden level with a bathroom and a separate shower
The kitchen is fully equipped, sun loungers and a garden furniture are at your disposal as well as a barbecue for your grill of the summer.
The beach is located 5 minutes walk, the center of Saint Palais sur mer less than 10 minutes with all its shops, bike rental also. Ideal for your children, the club Mickey welcomes them on the beach of Saint Palais (beach of the office), a club of veil is on the beach of next to the beach of Nauzan (with 10mn with feet) Tennis with Saint Palais on sea and Vaud sur mer 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike

Nous avons séjourné 2 sem...
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à Saint Palais dans cette maison très joliment rénovée, idéalement située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du Bureau (familiale et animée) et à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et restaurants.
L’impasse où se situe la maison est très calme. La maison est bien conçue et nous a permis de loger aisément notre famille (5 enfants) grâce à ses 5 chambres et 3 salles d’eau/bain/WC.
La décoration est très harmonieuse et les équipements ménagers sont parfaitement adaptés à un séjour de vacances. Chaque chambre dispose de rangements, la literie est confortable et la vue sur mer de la chambre parentale est un plus inattendu. Nous avons profité chaque jour de la terrasse en bois (orientée à l’ouest et parfaite pour nos dîners) et du jardin.
La station balnéaire est très plaisante. Nos deux plus jeunes enfants ont apprécié la plage aux vagues douces et le Club Mickey ; nos trois adolescents ont pu se promener de manière autonome en soirée dans le village de Saint Palais, en toute sécurité.
Enfin, les propriétaires ont rendu notre séjour tout à fait agréable en mettant à disposition des jeux de plage et de société ainsi qu’en faisant part de leurs recommandations, notamment pour les restaurants alentours.
Un séjour qui a donc répondu complètement à nos attentes (avec en plus un temps exceptionnel !).
