Tatum's Haven truly lives up to its name. Nestled between two creeks with sweeping mountain views at the, this cozy cabin is a sanctuary for those seeking adventure, wildlife, and wide-open spaces. Start your mornings with coffee on the deck as deer, antelope, and wild turkeys wander by. Unwind in the evenings surrounded by stunning sunsets and star filled skies. Bring your four-legged friends with you, Tatum's Haven is dog friendly.
Just down the road, you'll find access to the Clark's Fork of the Yellowstone River—perfect for fishing, rafting or hiking into the canyon. When you're ready to explore Yellowstone National Park, you have two scenic options: the East Entrance via Cody's historic downtown, or the Northeast Entrance through Red Lodge and Cooke City, traveling along the world-famous Beartooth Highway or the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway.
Inside, the cabin is decorated with western charm and a love for the outdoors. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the living room features upgraded leather furnishings and a full-size futon for extra guests. A wood stove for cooler evenings and portable style seasonal air conditioning keep you comfortable year round. A well-appointed bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The spacious and bright kitchen features full size appliances to easily prepare meals. For your convenience, the home also provides a one-car garage, washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a telephone for local calls (or use with a calling card). Outdoor spaces include front and back decks with a charcoal grill for cooking up the day's catch.

We truly enjoyed the stay! The property was enough off the beaten path to be quaint and quiet, but close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. The views were beautiful every morning and night. We would definitely stay here again if we traveled with just the two of us. I also loved to the easy access and layout of the information for the property!

Great place to stay with your pet. Lots of land for your pet to include and beautiful scenery for you. Listing was exactly as the place was. Easy check in and communication from company before hand about what to expect. And company was very helpful and accommodating in planning a trip across country and not totally understanding how the seasons differ from the east. Would highly recommend! And would stay again in the future if life brings us back out to the area.

Absolute best stay for a couple looking to explore the area and visit Yellowstone. Very secluded, offers amazing views of the mountains and calming sounds of the creeks running through. Was also close enough to Cody to be able to shop and sightsee. The inside of the house is not only full of the essentials, but is very curated to the feel of the West. All the furniture was comfortable, and the home was very clean. Great communication from the hosts as well. The driveway is easy to miss, and is a bit of rough terrain, but as long as you take your time it's well worth this beautiful stay.

The property was roomy, clean and had an excellent view. We saw mule deer, turkeys, many different birds, butterflies, and flowers.The sound of the running creek was nice. Do be aware that the driveway is basically a dirt road. My RAV4 made it just fine with careful driving.

Tatums Cavern

Beautiful country side very private. Cabin clean and had everything you'd need for your stay. Was a little further than we thought to Yellowstone but the drive on 296 was well worth it, plus we weren't in a big hurry lol.

First thing, VRBO insisted that I rate the skiing at this location. We did not ski, we weren't there to ski, and there was no snow. Now to the review - the location was gorgeous and very private. The cabin was very nice and the kitchen was well-appointed. Unfortunately, it seems maybe the cabin hadn't been used in a while and needed spruced up (cobwebs, dust in the shower, floors needed swept). It wasn't dirty per say, just needed freshened up. The driveway is dirt and you will need a vehicle that has good ground clearance. I don't think a regular car could make it without damage. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great Getaway

Cabin was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the full kitchen and guest laundry. Area was quiet. Mule deer visit early in the morning. Only improvements/ suggestions would be to get the driveway paved or gravel put in. After it rained it was nearly impossible in a non 4WD vehicle. Also getting a smart tv or satellite. DVDs were a nice option as they had plenty of selection. Overall great stay.
