The Perfect 'Home from Home'!

This was a lovely property to stay at for a week. We were specifically looking for a 'home from home' and it met that perfectly. It's well maintained, very clean and a lovely terrace that was shady in the morning for breakfast and got the sun all afternoon and evening (at end of June). Nicole (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming, both before the stay and checking in/out

Schöner Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser Region und können nur sagen, ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub. Unsere Gastgeberin, war super freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten an die Hand gegeben. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben in der Anzeige. Nun wer Süd/West Frankreich noch nicht kennt und eine Empfehlung benötigt,hier ist eine. Liebe Grüße Familie Hunke

Point de chute idéal

Cette maison très propre, bien équipée, bien entretenue par madame Ader est très bien placée pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. Vous apprécierez le calme dans l'impasse ainsi que la place de parking pour votre véhicule. Venez sans hésiter.

Ein sehr schöner und perfekter Aufenthalt / Un séjour très agréable et parfait.

Nach 2019 haben wir 2023 ein zweites Mal unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Es war genauso perfekt wie beim ersten Mal. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Frau Ader! Bitte machen Sie weiter so. Ferienhaus Ares

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhig gelegenen Sackgasse. Ca. 10 km zu den Atlantikstränden, 2 km zum Basin Archachon. Beim Haus gibt es 3 Fahrräder, mit denen man die tollen Radwege prima nutzen kann. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und man hat noch eine eigene, nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Für uns war es ein Super Aufenthalt!

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es war sehr heiß, eine Klimaanlage wäre daher schön gewesen. Leider ist uns im Urlaub ein Plastikhocker zerbrochen. Wir haben die Kosten für den Ersatz übernommen (zunächst sogar doppelt aber haben einmal eine Rückzahlung erhalten) aber die Kommunikation nach unserem Urlaub mit der Vermieterin war für mich sehr unangenehm und der Erholungseffekt dahin. Daher kann ich den Urlaub insgesamt nur mit 3 Sternen bewerten.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale. La maison est très agréable et même mieux équipée et décorée que chez nous. Tout y est pensé pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Grâce aux conseils de Madame Ader nous avons pu profiter au mieux de notre séjour et de la région que nous ne connaissions pas.

Wir können uns den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, alles super sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt und sogar noch mehr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Schönes Haus mit netter Vermieterin

Uns hat es in dem Haus gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ende August ist leider die Terrasse nur am späten Nachmittag/Abend teilweise in der Sonne. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

La sanction est vraiment lourde, vous êtes de mauvaise foi !!!! Que puis-je faire contre l'orientation du soleil? Surtout que vous aviez la possibilité de vous installer sur la pelouse devant la maison, qui elle est ensoleillée toute la journée.

Rundum perfekt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, für uns das Schönste, das wir jemals hatten. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse ohne nennenswerten Verkehr. Die nicht einsehbare, sehr schöne Terrasse mit Gartentisch, Sonnenliegen und viel Grün, perfekt zum Grillen mit dem vorhandenen Weber-Kohlegrill. Von Mittags bis Abends ist Sonne auf der Terrasse, perfekt zum Sonnenbaden, bei Bedarf. Ein großer Sonnenschirm steht in der Garage bereit, ebenso Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken und das wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Bad befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Eine zweite Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die offene Küche ist modern eingerichtet mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombination mit 3 Gefrierschubladen ( jede Menge Platz für Eis :-) ) und einer Bosch Spülmaschine. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar vieles mehr ( Von der Küchenwaage über die elektrische Saftpresse bis zum batteriebetrieben Milchaufschämer). Im separat vorhanden Geschirrschrank ist eine riesige Auswahl an Geschirr, Schüsseln, Platten, Gläsern und Besteck. Sogar Zangen für Schalentiere und Hummergabeln sind vorhanden. Der große Eßtisch ( für 6 Personen) eignet sich auch gut als Spieltisch, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitmacht. Ein Hochstuhl, Kinderspielzeug und Sandelzeug ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich steht eine Couch mit Glastisch und ein Flachbildfernseher (wir haben Deutsche Welle und Arte gefunden, als deutschsprachige Programme). Zusätzlich existiert eine Ministereoanlage für CD, Kassette und Radio. Das im Preis inbegriffene WLAN ist stabil und zuverlässig. In der Garage, die als Abstellraum genutzt wird befindet sich unter anderem eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern, ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett und 3 einfache Fahrräder, für kurze Fahrten zum Bäcker evtl. an den Strand. Der Bäcker, wie auch verschiedene Läden, sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Dienstags ist ein großer Wochenmarkt mit kombiniertem Krämermarkt, auf dem Platz bei der Touristeninformation, Sonntags ein kleinerer Wochenmarkt. Die Vermieterin Frau Ader stellt auch Reiseführer und Kartenmaterial zur Verfügung, teilweise auch auf Deutsch. Zum Atlantikstrand "Le Grand Crohot" sind es ca. 11km, mit dem Auto ca.15min. Zum Bassin d'Arcachon ca.15 min zu Fuß. Für Radfahrer gibt es unendlich viele, fantastische Radwege teilweise auf der alten Eisenbahntrasse. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
