In the countryside, surrounded by vineyards of the Bianco D'Alcamo, on the top of a small hill with panoramic views of the countryside and the sea.
Distinguished by other buildings in the area, it is a good base for visiting the area, which has several well-known tourist attractions.
It is close to the motorway junction and this makes it easy to reach the various locations. There is a bit of noise from the highway.
The land around the house is free, there are no fences.
The mezzanine bedroom consists of an antique French bed, in the second bedroom on the ground floor a double sofa bed.

Beautiful, but hundred meters from the noisy highway

Beautiful carefully restored house in the countryside, with an outstanding view. However, the continuous heavy noise from the busy highway, placed on the high viaduct only hundred meters behind the house, destroyed the tranquility of the region.
