The detached villa is located in a residence located on the hill of axes where you can see a beautiful view of the sea and the ruins of the ancient city of Velia. In a unique landscape , the villa is just 3 kilometers from the sea and from the beautiful sandy beach of axes Marina and is just 500 meters from the town center where all the shops and services . The terraced villa (approx. 260 sqm) is situated in an olive grove , the villa has 2 large covered patios ( 24 sqm each ) panoramic sea views. The villa is on three levels : the ground floor includes an entrance hall with furnished living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room consists of two two-seater sofa with armchair and a coffee table, a dining table seating six , a television with satellite receiver. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with four burners and gas oven, sink, dishes , cups, glasses, pots , cutlery, microwave. The bathroom has a shower. The first floor consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one single ) and bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine, sink for washing. The second floor is a large attic space that can accommodate up to four beds . In the villa there is a basement option that can be rented on request . The basement of 80 sqm is located below the first level and equipped with a kitchen , a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms . In the residence there is an above ground pool that can also be used by guests of the villa .

A great property in a good location

Spacious and cool, two large terraces, great for dining outside. We were slightly disappointed that the advertised swimming pool was not available. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

It was ok

We enjoyed our stay in Ascea, a beautiful area with a stunning beach nearby! However, we were disappointed to find that the balcony view in the listing was not accurate. Additionally, we were not informed that essentials like toilet paper, sponge and daily necessities were not provided, which caused some inconvenience. We also experienced issues with the bathroom lock (got locked inside of the bathroom for 25mins) despite all our efforts to open from inside and outside, and the lack of air conditioning made it challenging to sleep during the hot summer nights, or during the day especially with young children. Despite these issues, Ascea is a lovely destination, and with some improvements, this place could be even more enjoyable for future guests

Verwachtingen overtroffen!

We waren op een autorondreis door Italië. onze eerste stop in Carrodano inferiore en via Pisa naar Bracciano. Na een week hier doorgereden naar Ascea. Ook hier bleven we een week. Aurora is een geweldige gastvrouw die onze aankomst en eerste dag vlekkeloos liet verlopen. Ze was altijd benaderbaar via de app en heeft ons veel tips gegeven. Als je de foto's bekijkt zou je kunnen twijfelen, maar de realiteit overtreft dit. De locatie is schitterend en het huis strak en schoon. Handdoeken en bedlinnen van een goede kwaliteit. De kamers zijn groot en ruim en de bedden hebben goede matrassen. De keuken is groot en bijna alles staat in de kasten. Achter het huis kan je parkeren en daar staat de auto voor het grootste deel van de dag in de schaduw. In huis is er geen WiFi maar bij het terras wel. Ik heb een prepaidcard gekocht en van mijn telefoon een hotspot gemaakt. Mijn pubers ook weer happy! In het dorp is een supermarkt en als ze daar nog meer inzetten is er geen ruimte meer voor klanten. Beneden in Marina di Ascea is een grote Conad. De kust bij Marina di Ascea is smal maar wanneer je meer naar links rijd is het strand breder. De zee loopt heel geleidelijk af en er is nauwelijks stroming, hierdoor heel veilig voor kinderen. Water is mooi helder en de bodem bestaat uit zand. TIP! Zorg dat je spray met DEET bij je hebt of koopt. (Tijgermuggen) Koop ook muggenstekkers voor in het huis. Ik hoop dat Aurora het nu niet heel druk krijgt want wij willen hier zeker heel graag naar terug

Excellent séjour dans la maison d’Aurora

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à ASCEA,et la maison est conforme à la description. Bon emplacement (moins de 10 min à pied du centre du village), parking facile devant la maison, résidence sécurisée et voisinage calme. Nous étions 11 personnes (9 adultes,1 enfant,1 bébé), cuisine bien équipée et maison très propre. Aurora a été très réactive lors de nos échanges, et très arrangeante sur nos horaires de check-in / check-out . Nous venons chaque année à ASCEA, et séjournerons chez Aurora avec plaisir !

Casa con la vista sul mare

Bellissimo soggiorno in questa casa ad Ascea paese, di cui ci ha aveva colpito la vista sul mare che non ci ha deluso! Meravigliosa! Inoltre in questi giorni di intensa calura c’era sempre una brezza dal mare che ha reso veramente gradevolissimo il sostare nella casa.

Abitazione immensa, splendida vista mare, perfettamente corrispondente alle foto online. Garantisce tranquillità dalla folla ma rimane vicina al centro di Ascea e Marina di ascea. Per i più coraggiosi la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi tramite un sentiero di trekking. Posizione strategica per visitare il Cilento e le sue bellezze. Postilla: la padrona di casa possiede una gentilezza antica.

Great quiet location and amazing sunsets!

Nice location away from the activity of the waterfront, but still a short drive away. Parking was easy both at the apartment and down at the beach (we have a 9 seat van). Very helpful host, easy check in/out and easy to reach with any questions. Apartment was well equipped and the two terraces were lovely. Beautiful sunsets most night we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

La casa è perfetta per ospitare un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi in macchina o con una piacevole lunga passeggiata a piedi. Siamo stati accolti bene e non ci è mancato nulla. Il Cilento è tutto da scoprire e da Ascea è possibile raggiungere facilmente ogni posto. In un paio d'ore di treno si può fare anche una bella gita a Napoli.

Vacanza meravigliosa!!!!!!!!!!!

Ascea e i paesi vicini mi hanno colpito tanto; la casa è estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. I posti nei dintorni ti tolgono il fiato per non parlar del mare, limpido e dal colore blu cristallino. Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza e sicuramente ci ritornerò in futuro!

ottimo per una vacanza con famiglia e amici

Casa spaziosa (molto più di quanto appaia in foto), pulita e ben attrezzata per tutto quanto serva per cucinare. Ogni villa ha un grande terrazzo al piano terra e uno al primo piano, oltre ad un piccolo giardino, molto apprezzato dai bimbi. L'abitato si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal paese di Ascea, quindi molto comodo per fare la spesa. In un paio di minuti in macchina si può raggiungere Marina di Ascea, ma è una location molto comoda anche per raggiungere Palinuro o Camerota. Piscina piccola, ma utile per un tuffo rinfrescante di ritorno dal mare! Antonio e il suo staff sono davvero sempre più che disponibili per ogni necessità. Molto consigliato per una vacanza con amici e per famiglie con bimbi anche piccoli.

Villetta a schiera circondata da ulivi, comoda, fresca, con ampi spazi interni ed esterni e una splendida vista mare. I due giovani proprietari sono gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il Cilento offre molte attrattive, un mare incontaminato, graziosi paesini di montagna, cibo ottimo, cordialità e ospitalità della gente. Ottimo soggiorno.

Ottima struttura, come sentirsi a casa

Appartamento ben tenuto, molto pulito, con tutti i comfort in bagno e in cucina, completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici. La piscina dà quel valore aggiunto alla struttura dove potersi godere il sole in tranquillità ammirando un panorama fantastico. Stupenda l'accoglienza del signor Antonio, persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere.

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie région d'Italie. 5 Mn de la plage. Superbe vue de la villa. Seul Bémol: La piscine est à partager avec les autres villas. Obligation de port de Bonnet et elle est malgré tout assez petite. Mr IANNUZZI est très présent et prévenant vis à vos des vacanciers. La résidence est très spacieuse et agréable à vivre. De très belles vacances!!

The sea of Ascea is beautiful and has been awarded with the Blue Flag. The beach is sandy , is about 4 km long and you can take advantage of both the lidos which the free beach. Marina of Ascea is easy to reach both by car and by train (since Marina of Ascea is provided train station). In Marina of Ascea is also a wonderful archaeological park Elea -Velia that absolutely recommend you visit . In addition to the sea there are countless activities you can do , such as hiking , or biking , or horseback riding in the beautiful hills that lie to the interior and visit the beautiful little towns . The people are very friendly and helpful and we live near the apartment and we will always be at your disposal for any information and problem. I'm standing there on the spot I can recommend all the events, all the activities that you can do, restaurants, neighbors to visit and much more ... I 'll always be here to help and provide information .
