About this property

Beautiful seaside villa with heated private pool, 5-min walk from cove

The beautiful villa for six, 140 sq.m and renovated in 2014, is perfectly equipped. On the seaside with a panoramic view, there are unobstructed sea views from every room: three bedrooms, two shower rooms / WCs, a bathroom / WC, and living room with large picture windows onto the terrace. The fitted, equipped kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. You can also find a TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plenty of storage space, linen provided, and a large 200-sq.m terrace with a private swimming pool (heated from March 2015) and a barbecue area. The cove is a 5-minute walk away. This is a wonderful, privileged spot close to the most beautiful coves on the coast. It is close to centre. This is our second rental year and we have had a wonderful time so far. A beautiful house spanning around 140 sq.m and is fully fitted for six people. It affords panoramic sea views There is a heated pool. If offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully fitted, independent kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a TV. Wi-Fi is available. All of the bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes. The large terrace, of around 200 sq.m, has a summer kitchen and a garage. The beach is five minutes' walk away. This is a peaceful location close to the centre.

Great location and host

Property is as described, with killer views of the sea. The house is well sized for two couples, or a family with small children. The kitchen is big enough for cooking and is well-equipped, though dishes and cookware need replacing. We understand that the owner is planning a kitchen upgrade. Check-in was flawless. Francis met us at house, showed us around and was available for questions and for fixing things. It’s about a 15 min walk into the center of town, or to the port. The bus to la Selva and Figueres stops on the highway right below the house. Even though the road is close-by it wasn’t noisy when we were there (mid-June). Would definitely go back next year!

Ein Traum

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus vor Ort und die Aussicht ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos!! Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist von jedem Raum aus zu sehen und einfach atemberaubend. Preis-Leistung ist in diesem Fall TOP! Die Räume sind gross und haben sehr viel Stauraum. Küchenuntensilien hat es mehr als genug. Die Klimaanlage läuft einwandfrei und in der Nacht war es so ruhig. Der Pool ist extrem sauber - und hat perfekte Temperatur. Mit 1.60m Tiefe ist es perfekt und toll zum ein paar Schwimmrunden drehen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt! Essen kann man drinnen mit Meerblick, sowie auch draussen. Parkplatz hatten wir direkt vor dem Haus. Zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Die herzliche Betreuung durch Francis war überragend und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Haus weiter mit 5 Sternen!

Hemos pasado una semana en familia y todo genial. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda y las vistas insuperables. Con todo el menaje necesario. Hemos podido disfrutar mucho de la piscina climatizada y de almuerzos y cenas acompañados de excelentes vistas :). Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Maison de vacance

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de vacances. La villa est conforme aux photos, propre joli et sécurisé pour les enfants. Elle se situe à proximité des villages voisin en voiture mais cela ne dérange pas car en période estivale nous n’avons pas eu de circulation. Une jolie petite plage à 5 minutes à pied ainsi de jolie petite crique à découvrir non loin de là villa. Un gérant très sympathique avec ses conseils sur les bons restaurants de proximité. Seuls bémols pas de matériel pour les enfants (lit parapluie, chaise haute) cela nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa sans aucun problème. Bon séjour et belle découverte

Very nice location. Magnificent view. A little distance from Llanca itself. Some traffic from the road below the house, but not a big issue. Aircondition in the bedroom and livingroom below would be nice (Aircondition is present in the upstairs bedrooms) but not a major issue when we stayed there.

Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse verleitet zum Träumen. Der Pool wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Die nächste Badegelegenheit im Meer ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort, durch Francis war sehr herzlich und sehr professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal nach Ilanca.

Magnifique semaine

Vue sur la mer depuis toutes les pièces de la maison, installations très confortables avec une salle d’eau par chambre, la piscine avec les transats. C’etait une excellente semaine en famille. Il ne manquait rien.

Cette villa offre tout ce que vous pouvez espérer : confort, espace, propreté, vaste terrasse très bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, piscine chauffée (j'ai même pris un bain le dernier jour sous la pluie !). Vous ouvrez les yeux le matin et plongez votre regard dans le ciel et la mer. On a envie d'y retourner !

villa tout à fait conforme aux photos. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle propre, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons été accueillis par Francis de façon très professionnelle et sympathique, à notre écoute et serviable. Commerces et centre de LLanca, 15 à 20 mn à pied ce qui est appréciable. Si notre état de santé le permet nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday.

Sea views from every window as well as the terrace which has a large dining as well lounging area. A 3 minute walk to local sheltered beach/bay with a beach bar- the surrounding area has lots of beautiful coves.

We are a family from the Rhone-Alps region. We purchased this house in 2013 so that we could have a house by the seaside. Since we bought it, in 2013 and the following year, we carried out beautiful renovation work. This house is always well appointed and tastefully looked after. Our aim is to see our house well looked after and to visit it from time to time.

Why they chose this property

Our busy work schedule means we can't always enjoy being in our house. Renting it allows other people to make the most of this stunning setting gives us a small return to pay for the renovation and conversion work.

What makes this property unique

The house is in an exceptional location. It is both well appointed and fully equipped. Every room is full of light offering unobstructed sea views. The 2-tier terrace is vast and the private pool is one of the highlights of the property When our guests come they have fallen in love with the house, as the comments confirm. This is a beautiful plot set in a striking spot on the Costa Brava.
