Detached house on a beautiful plot with open views, a salt pool, secure, (4m by 9m) with paddling.

At disposal, there is a ping pong table, a timber dining table in the shade of lime, a trampoline, a gas grill.


Property Description:

    - An open kitchen, micrro -onde ,, dishwasher, electric oven with cold door, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes.

One bedroom 2 beds 90 upstairs,
     -1 Separate wc,
     -The Bathroom with shower, double sink, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.


The house is situated on a large flat land where peace and tranquility are suitable for rest and ideally located to enjoy the sun while being close to the nearest town (3500 inhabitants) with the necessary amenities.

Many hiking trails are close to the cottage.




Pretty typical villages are to visit as Naves or Banne less than 10kms, or labeaume, thine about 20kms

You can enjoy the beautiful surrounding rivers, but also the Ardéchoise mountain north, where you can meet at 1000m altitude in 30 minutes with the freshness of its chestnut trees.
A deposit of 300 will be required upon arrival.

Highly recommended

The house, the garden and the pool are great. We had such a relaxing time! The environment is amazing. Beautiful villages, nice cafes, awesome landscape and lots of sports like canoeing, climbing forests and nice activities for kids like “Vallon du Villaret”. Eliane and Franck have been very, very helpful. We had a problem with our care and without their help it would have been more than difficult. Thank you so much for everything. We can highly recommend this accommodation! It’s quiet with a lot of space: a small paradise with nice neighbors.

Perfect settings

This was amazing. Even better than it looks on the photos. Eliane is the kindest woman and the place is gorgeous. The house is well-equipped and the pool and garden is amazing. Many places to relax or do activities. The city Les Vans is nearby with all you need and more. Go to the city on Tuesdays for night market! If you need take-away pizza I recommend Chez Alex! The best trip was a kayak tour on L’Ardeche to see beautiful Pont d’Arc. Overall, lots of stuff to do in the area. But you don’t have to leave the house to have a good time. We hope to be back another time.

Eliane nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans sa jolie maison de vacances en Ardèche. La maison se trouve sur un terrain vraiment spacieux. La piscine et tout ce qu’on trouve sur la propriété sont super agréables. La nature autour est magnifique et il y a plein de belles balades et d’activités à faire dans les environs. Le village de Les Vans n’est pas loin, avec de très bonnes boulangeries et tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le marché nocturne est aussi très sympa. Nous avons passé une super semaine et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore !

Wunderbarer Rückzugsort in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren im Sommer in dem Ferienhaus von Eliane und Franck oberhalb von Les Vans und hatten eine rundum erholsame Zeit. Das Haus liegt ruhig, abseits großer Straßen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Gleichzeitig ist man schnell an bekannten Orten wie dem Pont d’Arc, findet aber auch viele stille Wanderwege und kleine Dörfer in der Umgebung. Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm war die schattige Terrasse unter dem Blauregen, wo man auch an heißen Tagen gut sitzen konnte. Dass es tagsüber immer wieder windige Phasen gab, hat das Klima sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Grundstück ist groß, es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Schaukel, der eigene Pool war für uns ein Highlight – ruhig gelegen, gepflegt, einfach ideal. Eliane und Franck waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Für uns war es einer der besten Aufenthalte in der Ardèche – und wir sind seit 2013 regelmäßig dort. Ein besonderer Tipp: der Nachtmarkt in Les Vans am Dienstagabend mit vielen handgemachten Produkten, von Keramik bis zu lokalem Bier.Wir haben viele schöne Eindrücke mitgenommen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Merci und à bientôt.

Compleet verblijf

Wij hadden een perfecte vakantie in deze vakantiewoning! De grote tuin met alles wat kinderen nodig hebben en het veilige zwembad maakten dat het fijn was om een dagje 'thuis' te blijven. De nabijheid van Les Vans maar toch de rustige ligging van het huisje zorgden voor een ideale locatie.

Maison au calme et située à 5min en voiture du centre-ville des Vans où tout y est ! La maison en elle-même est superbe, très bien agencée. A fabulous house in a wonderfully quiet location. We loved the pool and the garden. Perfectly situated to access all the activities in the region. Quiet, private gite just outside of les vans with a lovely pool and lots of space around to play in. The best gite we have stayed in. Love the area and will hopefully return one day soon. Welcoming owners but then left us alone to enjoy the gite as if it were our own.

Un havre de paix exceptionnel

Le petit déjeuné sur la terrasse en regardant les reflèts du soleil dans l’eau de la piscine. Le confort d’une cuisine équipée pour se sentir comme à la maison. Un jardin pour laisser courrir les enfants derrière un ballon ou profiter d’un trampoline pendant que papa et maman retournent en enfance en faisant une petite partie de ping pong. La sieste dans le amaque sous l’ombre du tilleul toute en entendant les criquets chanter... Bref le bonheur du maison aussi agréable que ses propriétaires, tant par leurs accueil, que par leur gentillesse. Merci beaucoup et désolé encore pour les verres... À très bientôt je l’espère

Absolute Ruhe in einem Haus mit riesigem Grundstück

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus. Der frühe Sommer konnte unter der blühenden Linde nicht schöner sein. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool war bei den Sommertemperaturen und dem Poolhaus ein Genuss.

Chemin des mineurs, chez Eliane et Franck

Wij verbleven 2 weken in dit schitterend vakantiehuisje nabij Les Vans ( 3,5 km ). Het is een schitterende plaats met een ruimte die je bij ons zelden ziet. Alles was aanwezig, het was een beetje de hemel op aarde. Een zeer mooie woning met dito zwembad en heel wat prachtige bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Zeker een aanrader, vooral voor wie de rust zoekt. De eigenaars zijn super sympathieke mensen die je graag informeren over de mooiste plaatsjes in de streek. Merci Eliane et Franck, Dirk, Linda, Luc en Mieke.

superbes vacances farniente

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour nous faire profiter de leur belle propriété : endroit privilégié au calme en pleine nature où il serait difficile de ne pas être heureux de s'y reposer au son des cigales et oiseaux divers. Faune sauvage très variée et inattendue, la maison est très bien aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Literie propre et confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, cuisine américaine complète et très fonctionnelle aménagée d'électroménager de marque ! , salle de séjour très lumineuse ; la maison reste au frais même sous 34 °C dans la journée. Piscine et pool house : très propres, on a pu profiter de baignades dans une eau à 28/29°C , génial ! Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi ! Vraiment, c'est une location à recommander. Même si on est obligé de prendre la voiture pour descendre au village, celui-ci est toujours vivant, les commerçants sont très accueillants et on y trouve de tout. Les amateurs de vélo doivent prendre plaisir de sillonner les routes de l'Ardèche ! Cette location située sur le plateau des Grads de Nave est à l'écart de toute nuisance sonore, donc idéale pour les siestes au bord de la piscine. Merci encore à E & F et bravo pour le résultat des 4 années de travaux. A refaire sans hésiter pour se ressourcer ! NB : je complèterai cette location par un petit étendage à linge que l'on peut mettre à l'abri d'une éventuelle averse ou orage, et pourquoi pas d'une pelouse synthétique dans le gravier entre la piscine et la terrasse ce qui permettrai d'avoir les pieds au propre et empêcherai les mauvaises herbes d'y pousser.

Perfect

We komen er reeds een paar jaar en komende zomer terug. Prachtige villa, zeer rustig, uitstekend klimaat. Anderzijds dicht bij les Vans, waar je resaurants, winkels en terrasjes hebt. Als god in Frankrijk ! Zeer behulpzame en lieve eigenaars.
