2 independent Villas with 3 bedrooms and each its own private swimming pool, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

Located on the edge of the forest (Natural Park of Corsica), quiet in the middle of the maquis, with a very beautiful mountain view of the Bavella massif (Albareddu), the villa remains close to the sea and the beaches.
The Cavu river is 500m away, with its natural pools.
Hiking nearby, all levels.

2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, fitted kitchen, dining/living room with convertible sofa.

Outside, enclosed wooden terrace with private swimming pool (5m/2.5m by 1m50 deep), garden furniture and 2 deckchairs.

Super view and nice house

You have a super view to the close mountains and even to the sea (in the far) from the house. We enjoyed the stay very much, Olivier was very kind and responsive. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a barbecue, an umbrella and beach toys for the little ones.

Tolle Lage, sauber, ordentlich, gut ausgestattet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pool, Strand, Fluss zum Baden, Hochseilgarten, Supermarkt, Konditor und Bäcker alles sehr nahe.

Sehr schönes Haus

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps für Touren in der Umgebung und kümmert sich, wenn etwas nicht klappt. Das Haus liegt in einem Wandergebiet und nah am Cavu Fluss und einem Kletterwald, 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus liegt zwischen zwei anderen Häusern mit ähnlichem Baustil, von denen man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. Man kann eine Klimaanlage dazubuchen, was uns sehr gut getan hat.

Sehr gut - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen, da es doch ca. 10 Fahrminuten bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind. Die Region bietet sehr viel und man kann auch wunderbar ein Tag am Pool verbringen.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht in die Berge und der Pool sind ein Traum. Zudem gab es tolle Wander- und Ausflugtipps vom Vermieter.

Prachtige locatie

We hebben 2 weken mogen genieten van een heerlijk verblijf op Corsica. Het huis is ruim en praktisch ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf de tuin is geweldig! Heerlijk gezwommen en de omgeving is rustig. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar Olivier. Het eiland is prachtig!

Ferien mit Ausblick

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Olivier ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist im Prinzip wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Pool ist allerdings etwas kleiner als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren zu viert und fanden den Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Zu 6. währe es und persönlich wahrscheinlich zu eng gewesen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft geht zu Fuß noch ein Stück steig runter. Auf den Bildern ist zwar ein Foto davon zu sehen, aber ich persönlich habe nicht daraus erkennen können das es steil runter geht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft.

Description de notre séjour

Nous avons passé nos vacances dans cette villa , moi , mon conjoint et nos enfants (adultes) , reçu par l'agence immobilière, avec une visite complète des lieux.Une vue imprenable sur le paysage côté terrasse et piscine , le soleil s'y lève le matin, et plein soleil autour de la villa/terrasse piscine toute la journée.Nous avons dans l'ensemble passé de bonnes vacances mais il y a eu, de mauvaises surprises. Tout est beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos ,ensuite ,il faut savoir que la crème solaire est totalement interdite dans la piscine, ce qui n'est pas dit dans le descriptif de l'annonce! Les deux lit simples sont inutilisables pour des adultes, les sommiers ne tiennent pas du tout! Pire..., la villa est totalement inaccessible à pied , impossible de partir à pied , la rue est très pentue et très longue c' est un véritable marathon pour qui voudrait partir se promener à pied. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour descendre la rue ,et la effectivement il est possible d'accéder à des piscine naturelle, le temps d'accès à ces piscine avec voiture + marche est de + ou - 20 minutes et donc pas du tout à 500m (les 500m décrit sont a vol d'oiseau).Et la dernière chose qui devrait impérativement être décrite c' est la petite allée,qui mène à l'entrée de la villa , qui elle aussi est très très pentue voire même très dangereuse, les personne âgée et enfant en bas âge a oublier. Et pour les aller et venue avec vos courses et valises bonne chance! Des vacances épuisantes!

Vue incroyable

Chalet très confortable et très bien équipé. Très bon accueil, la propriétaire des lieux est très agréable et nous a conseillé sur les visites dans la région. La terrasse avec une piscine privée est magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes.

Maison idéale

Maison idéal pour une famille de 5 à personnes , belle vue sur la montagne la terrasse est agréable avec son salon et la piscine .. Le + lave vaisselle et lave-linge ce qui vous permet de pas avoir des grosses valises dans l'avion par exemple... Les propriétaires n'étaient pas présents mais Marie la réceptionniste nous ont bien renseigné pour la maison nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Corse.

Schönes Haus mit toller Sicht

Wir waren zu Dritt für eine Woche in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Aussicht in die Berge, toller Pool, innen alles modern und sauber. Für 8 Personen aus unserer Sicht zu klein, bis 4 Personen + 2 Kinder machbar. Insgesamt super Aufenthalt, netter Vermieter. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, man fährt etwa 10 Minuten bis in den nächsten Ort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super semaine, la piscine est légèrement petite pour 8 mais avec le nombre de chose à faire dans les environs ce n'est vraiment pas pénalisant ! Manque aussi un vrai four mais vue la taille de la villa, je pense que c'est normal et au final le four micro-ondes fait l'affaire. Victor
