Great location, ok house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cobb was terrific and helped us make a reservation close to our travel time. The house is in a terrific location, beachfront with easy access. The house maintenance needs attention. Broken shades, soiled linens, worn bathroom furnishings, terrible shower water pressure. No good outside chairs/furnishings. Not a “Cobb-quality” property compared to the two others we’ve stayed in.
